Like Ginny, I have not received any responses to my emails or snail mails. The emails usually did mention Dark Angel in the subject line, but not on the envelopes of my letters. I've never been so roundly ignored by a network before - it has to be how they plan to deal with this campaign. Maybe we need to target someone who cares - a magazine (TV Guide, People?) or another network? Get some bad press for Fox and make them take notice. Just an idea.

Probably the first week after Dark Angel was cancelled I had a reference to DA in my e-mails, but after that I did not make such a reference. The same would be true for regularly mailed envelopes. All my mail had a return address.
Personally, I would prefer to see DA on another network. There is/was just something about the way the cast and crew were treated that would make me hestitate to work for or with the Fox "people", whoever they might be, again. I cannot believe that it was not "planned" - to string them along till the bitter end when neither they nor anyone else could do anything about it - and take away from the persons under contract any opportunity for jobs that they might have had. "Bad taste in my mouth" is an understatement.

Hey All, I did hear from fox last week, by the way it is the 18th, oh and I'm new to the board, the guy or girl, Nil, was really nice but didn't have the greatest news. He said, what we all know; 1. Many of the actors have started new projects. 2. The sets were being taken down. But he wasn't negative, he just said it would be difficult to bring the show back and some other stuff. Just thought that I would share that with you and an idea about getting signitures. Please let me know what you think about this: I noticed that there were roughly 300 members on this board, if everyone got at least 100 hand written signitures by a certin date and we all mailed them snail mail on the same day so that fox got them at about the same time do you think that, that would trigger a response?

Well, some response is better than none at all. That's an interesting idea with the signatures, but not all 300 members of this board are active. Only part of that number is, and it'd be hard to get 100 signatures. That's a good start of an idea though! If only we could fine tune it someway and make it work!

About the Trib.
I don't know how many Chicagoans are here, but I have had little success with them. Now it could be that they, being a conservative paper does not want to handle what they feel is a "lesbian" issue, but you might have more success.
The best day to hope for them to run an article is Friday. Far more readers. Plus, the Tempo section is also much larger then. They did do a couple of good stories on the Save Daniel Jackson people, so you have a good shot too.
If you can't get through to anyone try 1-800-TRIBUNE.

Auto Emailers. Hey everyone. I just did a push button email system for the Tara fans. Please go to www.quiknet.com/~lcountry/tarawill.html and check it out. This is a friend's site and she made the suggestion. The buttons email Jump the Shark, Fox and UPN. Now, here is my question for you. Do you want me to make one for you all that has all the good DA stuff in it? Cause I will if someone wants it. Here's to our mutual successes! Warlock

Hello Warlock
You are a clever person my friend! The idea of a push button emailing system is brilliant and I'd love to know where you get the energy and enthusiasm to come up with these great ideas?
I personally would love an Auto Emailer for Dark Angel. I have read the posts on this board and seen all the email addresses but being from Ireland I have no idea which ones to email in the US because I don't know/haven't seen any of the publications or television stations - basically I don't know which email address will give the best result for the Save DA campaign.
Anyway you have my vote and I'll go and use your auto emailer today for Willow/Tara.
