NOT....... woohoo....... yippie....Take that vermin!!!!! ;D Good to hear. I've only seen a few previews for it. Putting my personal feelings aside, it did look pretty stupid. Isn't November a sweeps month? Maybe that pitiful little sci-fi wannabe will be swept away.

The day FF gets cancelled, I am going to send the hundreds of barcodes that I've been collecting to GB with a letter that says,"
"For that piece of crap you cancelled Dark Angel? Read 'em and weep."
Still pissed off? Nah, not me!

I was wondering what the status of Fireflop was and comparing it to DA's numbers on Fridays. It has kicked it's ass every week and the gap is widening.Thats soo great.

If anyone is still voting at the poll on the futon critic, make sure you read what the current poll says. I know before it was for which show gets axed next. But now it's for which show will last till the end of the season.

To look back at the ratings that WebWarlock posted on page one of this thread is truly amazing for me to see. By comparison FF is doing so much worse than S2 eps of DA, when we by own own admissions have stated that the second season eps were decidedly inferior to those of S1!!! This is even taking into account that at one point DA got preempted once for three straight weeks before returning with a new ep, and whenever that was the ratings for it were still better than these that FF is getting. Either this thing is really as bad as it seems to be or we've done quite a job in boycotting it. The latter of which is exactly as it should be. There is absolutely no way that Fox should have justifiably cancelled DA and then thought that they would just have us latch onto what they presented us with next. To think that they were coming up with something "better" as an alternative. I'm practically choking just to type that. DA deserved a third season just to clean up the mess that they made S2 turn out to be. I better stop myself before I go into a full blown rage.

Well Home take consolation that the bad karma Vermin and Whedon and crew created for themselves by their treatment of DA and its fans is certainly coming back to kick them in the butt.
I am a firm believe in "what goes around comes around" and I think we are seeing that happen as we speak:
Echevarria, Vermin's lap dog and "go to guy" in the engineered destruction of DA has been fired from his gig as showrunner for his new show
Moira Dekkers new show is certainly not making any kind of splash - I doubt very many people even know it exists!! The movie she wrote was practically a straight to video phenom - I think it may have lasted in theatre's all of one week or so.
Whedon's shows are all in the process of tanking big time and the one time "wunderkind" isn't looking so wonderful to anyone anymore
Gail Vermin's network has a list of abyssmal shows out there and somehow I have a feeling that her tenure is only a matter of time....
And yes my champagne is chilling and waiting for the officially announced demise of Fruitfly even though it seems that for all intents and purposes the show was DOA...
