That sounds like an album title from the Used.

Any hints as to what Michael Weatherly said about ‘NCIS‘ at the TCA party? – Annsan50 via Twitter No mere hints, but full quotes. Season 8 opens with “a huge bang,” Michael told me. “Right off the bat we deal with every aspect of the season finale head-on [so] that no one will be on the edge of their seat wondering, ‘Is somebody alive? Is somebody dead?’ The producers and writers felt it was essential to be super clear that things were being dealt with.” Sounds more and more like Pa did have an M16 under the counter! Will Michael Weatherly’s song ‘Bitter & Blue’ be used in Season 8 of ‘NCIS’? It’d be nice to actually have Michael singing with the guitar. – Kylie “I can’t say if it will ever happen or never happen, but I’m not against it, in the right scenario,” Weatherly says in response to your Q. His proposed set-up: À la ‘The Fabulous Baker Boys,’ Ziva follows Tony to some “smoky little jazz club and he’s playing this heartfelt music, expressing himself.” www.fancast.com/blogs/2010/tv-news/the-big-tease-scoop-on-greys%20-ncis-criminal-minds-bones-and-more/

Question: Last week’s NCIS scoop was kinda lame. My socks weren’t knocked off—maybe pulled halfway down, but not knocked off. Got anything else this week? —Chelsea Ausiello: This should do the trick: The hit procedural will air an origin episode or two this season, according to exec producer Shane Brennan . “You’ll find out how certain members of the team first came to NCIS,” reveals the big boss, who all but confirms that said episodes will feature flashbacks. “It’ll be hard to do them without flashbacks.” Where are your socks now, Chelsea?! ausiellofiles.ew.com/2010/08/11/ask-ausiello-spoilers-greys-glee-90210/

Because it's endless, constant fic material (and will continue to be), but now we'll get the real answer. ;D ;D

Well theres only one member of the big four whose origin story we didn't witness first hand. Though I suppose Abby and Ducky's weren't told. My money is definitely on DiNozzo being one of if not the character this is referring too.

Dunno; I think I'm with you, although in general any excuse to have a Tony-centric show is good with me. I would think that Abby's story would have more potential for something fun & creative (if that's still possible.) However, I suspect it will be Tony if not both, just because he's a more central character. I know the TV writers are supposedly under pain of death NOT to look at things like fanfic (and doubt of many would if they could ) but there are countless stories of how Tony came to NCIS stories out there, and 99.7% are his working a case with Gibbs while Tony was with Baltimore PD -- inevitable, I guess, since the District & B'more are so near to each other. It would be nice if they did something else -- maybe even something simple and less fannish, like DiNozzo showing up to put in his application and there's a chance encounter of some sort with Gibbs passing through...

Not to mention thats essentially how Gibb's wound up recruiting Kate, its also been made pretty clear that Gibbs doesn't play well with soft furry new recruits and would stand to reason that the only way he'd actually take a shine to someone is if he was forced into working with them.
