A little light for a gloomy day: Sunrise Thanks shywriter, that was a beautiful story. Are you going to continue the story. Seems like it could be the start of something good.

I don't think I'll add to this, as it was meant as a stand-alone. However, since this one, like most of my one-shots, fits into my general mental image of DA, I'll probably have this in mind as a part of their "history" for other plot lines that fall after Flushed. Thanks for asking.

Yep, I’m always for a continuation of your stories too. ;D (The sensible part of me knows that for practical and stylistic reasons stories need to have an end, the addict-part is… insensible and wants more .)Edited to say that from now on I should better open a second DAR-window and check for new answers before answering myself .

HA! Shy, you and ‘Concurrent Jurisdiction’ proved MW wrong: MW: “f you put Logan Cale in the same room with Tony DiNozzo... I mean, it’s almost, like, impossible to think that they would even be related.”
You reeeally should send him a copy of CJ. ;D

HA! Shy, you and ‘Concurrent Jurisdiction’ proved MW wrong: You reeeally should send him a copy of CJ. ;D That was pretty funny, when I saw he'd said that... of course, I think if I were an actor just doin' my thing, and found out some weirdo was inventing stories taking my two characters and running them into one story in a most peculiar way... ...we might just creep the poor boy out! (actually, I came close to believing he or someone at NCIS might read/ report to them on fic: I did a NCIS spoof or two on FFN (under *gasp* an "assumed" name -- though half the world already knew, so... : and did a bit about the post- shooting Kate, with a hole in her forehead, telling Tony it wasn't a hole, it was a bindi... (the dot or jewel worn by Hindi women right about the place Kate was shot... ) Another FFN writer even was so tickled she made an avi & sent it to me, a picture of Kate with the hole in her head & captioned it, "it's a bindi!" Then, just a couple weeks later, MW & Pauly Perrette did a radio interview and they were talking about Kate & all and MW yells, "it's a bindi!" Dunno if there's anything to it, but on a good day I can imagine someone told him .... or great minds think alike! But that was kinda a fun moment! ;D

Could we pretty please have the link so we can read that story? That is, unless you don't want us to figure out your secret nom de plume, [glow=red,2,300]Shywriter[/glow] - if indeed that is your real name!

Could we pretty please have the link so we can read that story? That is, unless you don't want us to figure out your secret nom de plume, [glow=red,2,300] Shywriter[/glow] - if indeed that is your real name! Hey, look me up in the yellow pages! "Writer, Shy" (Actually, I think almost anyone who might give much of a hoot already knows-- except those of you new to our little show-- so no big deal (it was an experiment...)There's a bit of backstory-- at the time another (now former) DA writer & I had been virtually howling on e-mail as we were reading some of the NCIS fic... there were just tons of "suffering Tony" stories. Some were great, like the brilliant "The Window" by Summertime, but there were also stories that were pretty melodramatic, or... well, unusual... one had Tony develop MS and become Gibbs' lover, in one he had a heart condition, he kept getting shot... my favorite was when he had half his brain removed. (I have days like that myself... And tell me, please, somebody, what is it about the Mpreg stories??? (Aha!! New challenge! Do an MPreg for Logan...) Oh please NO!!!!Anyway, the sheer number of these were cracking us up, that so many people wanted to have "suffering Tony" to read... So maybe this will help explain my nom d'board and the reason for the satire, as well as let you know that many references are veiled & not so veiled mentions of the stories (I even manage to take a shot at CJ! What the hell...) The one with the bindi (Ch. 2) is Wee Hours ...and a sicko shortie about the episode where we lost Kate is Sunset (I have a terrible attitude, I know, but the reviews were kinda funny for that one! ) Let me know what you think! ~ ;D~

You're a genius. And now I have to think about a pregnant Logan all the time (and it's not pretty ). Maybe with Max's genetics, she could.... No, I don't think about it...and than he would have to... Tigrou, STOP it... ;D

Thanks, Lisa & Tigrou! (and thanks for the reviews-- Lisa's made me laugh!) I had actually started a 3d chapter of Wee Hours, in which Tony explains to Logan what Ducky told him, that they could manipulate their own universe just like fic writers did, so that he ought to be able to walk if he wanted to -- so Logan just wiggled his toes and got out of the chair! ...it never was finished, though...

More pre-flannel (flannel-prep?) fic: Chapter 4 of Asylum II is up. (no basketball, and only a glimpse at Logan, sorry-- but it's not specified if his shirt is on or not... does that count? )(edited to add a picture for Mari...)

So I know I'm the only one obsessed with this time change thing... but since I had one for the fall, how could I pass up this weekend's change back to Daylight Savings Time? Some mindless clock changing fluff may be found in Chapter 2 of Turning Back the Clocks. (and would you believe, it didn't dawn on me 'til I posted -- but I do believe this might qualify as an entry-fee to AURLCO...! ;D)

Oh, yes, yes, yes… ;D But I’m confused (well, I always am by this changing clock thing)... You’re going to summer time this weekend? Which must mean that you already have changed (but the board clock still is six hours behind German time) ? Off to ask less confused people about the state of time in this part of the world…
