I think that two of the executive producers/writers have left "Gilmore Girls." Yeah, but the show fell apart last season when those two ( the show creator and her husband ) were still there. I've been 'hanging in there' hoping they could make a comeback with the new producers but that last ep . And just this morning I read some spoilers and it's just going to get worse , I'm going to need some more puking smilies because this just isn't going to be enough .

I was a little surprised that last season wasn't the last season of "Gilmore Girls" given that the two main writers and executive producers left.

I'm not really looking forward to any new shows, but to be honest I don't know anything about any of them . I am looking forward very much to the return of My Name is Earl and The Office. These are the only two network shows that I probably will be watching. Weirdly enough there were a bunch of cable shows on this summer that I enjoyed. Mostly Entourage, Deadwood and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia ;D ;D I absolutely fell in love with that show . I hope it comes back next year I've got some good news for you, dzero. FX Forecast Remains 'Sunny' Comedy gets third season, DeVito sticking around November 7, 2006
FX's patience with "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" paid off last summer, and the network is in turn rewarding the show with a pickup for another season.
The show will produce 15 episodes in its third season, up from 10 last year. Emmy winner Danny DeVito, who joined the show last season as Dennis (Glenn Howerton) and Dee's (Kaitlin Olson) adoptive father, will return for all 15 episodes.

^^^ Yeah I saw that yesterday. Been ever since . well that and the Rumsfeld thingGreat news. I should point out though that Danny De Vito doesn't play their adoptive father. He raised them thinking they were his natural kids, found out different in the last episode. In thinking about that last ep I was realized how many truly dark/taboo subjects they made jokes about in a single half hour. just amazing. I can't wait for more .

Not exactly a new show, but i just wanted to express my happiness that finally someone pronounced my name correctly. I happen to share the surname with a character on Prison Break, and for the first time someone pronounced it right. Yay me.
Stupid, pointless post i know.

Oooo what day does Scrubs start?
Only 4? Lol. I can choose between 4 channels to watch it on (ABC1, Sky One, E4 or Paramount Comedy). American shows get repeated daily on multiple channels (NCIS is on Five, FiveUS & FX, but it's not on on Sundays. Dark Angel is on Five, FiveUS, Sky One and Sci-Fi Channel).

I have just been introduced to Heroes (my Hogmanay was spent watching it - well technically it was after the bells so it was really Ne'ers Day). It's really enthralling, because now that i'm all caught up; i'm pissed that i have to wait for new episodes.
The only bad thing about the show is that there isn't enough of Erick Avari, as soon as i saw his picture in the first episode i knew i'd like the show.

This week I started watching Heroes....what a wicked show I aint been this hooked on a show since Dark Angel. Its so new and original I love it. But I have a problem cause it only just started showing over here on Sky which I dont have anyway, but my friends were going on about it so much and after watching some music vids on Youtube I just had to watch it. So I decided to look around on the internet for sites that might be showing it, NBC has one but I dont think it works for us over here in england, so I found another site called shoutfile.com and I was able to watch first 10 episodes but now it has no more of them. Im even further on than what episode is on on Sky at the moment, I think thats on 7. Can anyone help with my dilema? I think I'm addicted why do we have to be so behind over here.

I know what you mean x318. My brothers tape the 1st three eps of new shows for me. Only the series they think I might be interested in watching, which is Sci Fi and occasionally Fantasy. They sell them to me. Well, they gotta make money somehow. ;D I usually don't like a series that is so loaded with characters that there is no depth, kinda like what's happened with NCIS. But I fell in love with all the characters and especially Hiro played by Masi Oka; he's the best. The series has some great bad guys. I'll buy Heroes when it's out on DVD. Masi Oka stars in NBC's new ensemble drama series "Heroes" as Hiro Nakamura, a Tokyo nonconformist computer/anime enthusiast who develops a way to pierce the space-time continuum and move back in time through sheer will power. "Heroes" follows the lives of ordinary people who discover they possess extraordinary abilities.

I had forgotten all about this thread , then today I reread the whole thing and realized half the posts in it were mine ;D. Think I'm the only one here who isn't watching Heroes . The show I have just started watching and am now kicking myself for not watching the last 3 years is House. Saw it for the first time a week ago and I'm hooked, I freaking love it ;D. Of course it is slightly dangerous to watch a medical show, suddenly you have half the diseases on the show . one character on the show had a tapeworm, it was inside her for years and she felt fine until it started to die and that messed up her brain. You get tapeworms from uncooked pork. I of course have had bacon.....and I feel fine......... ......yep, I'm pretty sure that means I have a tapeworm .
