What new shows will you be watching this season. The only one I'm interested in is "Jericho" The story sounds good and I don't hate any of the actors. Pilot : CBS Wednesday September 20, 2006After a nuclear disaster caused by several terrorist attacks wipes out most of North America, residents of a small Kansas town have to come to terms with a very different reality.I'll record it through the rest of the year, if it lasts. Then watch it and if I like it I'll buy the DVDs when they come out. The big four networks don't usually stick with a show like this. It could make in on Fox but only if it had teeny boppers in it. I haven't really loved a show since 2000 when Dark Angel and Witchblade premiered. Max - X452 and Sara Pezzini, two wonderful female role models.

I watched the pilot for Vanished a couple of months ago. It was okay, not that exciting. Kind of same old same old, there's a government conspiricy oooooh aaaah everyone is trying to kill you, don't walk out your door paranoia stuff. Plus Gale Harold wasn't naked at any point, and that just ruins a show if you ask me.

I'm not really looking forward to any new shows, but to be honest I don't know anything about any of them . I am looking forward very much to the return of My Name is Earl and The Office. These are the only two network shows that I probably will be watching. Weirdly enough there were a bunch of cable shows on this summer that I enjoyed. Mostly Entourage, Deadwood and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia ;D ;D I absolutely fell in love with that show . I hope it comes back next year

I will still be watching NCIS and Supernatural, for obvious reasons. I also like Lost, just because its different.

I'm not sure how long it will be up, but, the first episode of Ashley Scott's new series, "Jericho" can be seen before it premieres on www.Yahoo.com, go there and click on "Entertainment" and you should be able to download it and see it.

I'm looking forward to "Ugly Betty" on ABC, that show seems entertaining and I've liked America Ferrera's previous projects that I've seen and to the return of "Everybody Hates Chris." I will still of course be watching NCIS.

TweedsWhen I saw that Gale Harold was in a new series I wondered if he'd keep his clothes on. ;D dzeroI've never heard of that series. IMDb has the tagline: It's "Seinfeld" on crack. I bet it's really funny. dutchI have both seasons of Lost on DVD but I haven't watched it yet. I'm getting through the 4th and last season of "Profiler" before I start another series. ML FanI'm going to record the first few months, then I'll watch a few eps. If I like it I'll wait for the DVDs. Heroes sound like something I might like. It starts September 25th, Monday nights on NBC. I'm going to record that also. Heroes is a serial saga about people all over the world discovering that they have superpowers and trying to deal with how this change affects their lives.I really want a TV series I can sink my teeth into, and look forward to watching. It would have to be Sci Fi, character driven and not a procedural drama. Is that asking too much.

Well they did do that episode when the characters started smoking crack .....because ......you know .......they needed to go on welfare. On the show it was really funny ;D. Gosh , it's too bad nobody ever recommended BattleStar Galactica to you.

TweedsWhen I saw that Gale Harold was in a new series I wondered if he'd keep his clothes on. ;D Unfortunately yes, the worst thing is that they put him in such ugly clothes.

I hope you come back, spikeloud, and tell us what you thought of Heroes While I'm out of the country my brothers are recording NCIS, Jericho and Heroes for me. Sure I left my Tivo with strict instructions not to get all cranky, but I don't trust the cursed thing. Now I gotta go beat the little dickens out of dzero for daring to mention Battlestar Galactica. He knows I'm looking for the DVDs of Season One. I can only find it combined with the Mini-Series, which I already have. Now I see they've come out with Season 2.0 and 2.5. Two separate DVD sets instead on one. The greedy b#^%$*&@. Charging double for one season. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

I was flipping between DA Freak Nation and 'Heroes'. I will watch it again next week.

Now I gotta go beat the little dickens out of dzero for daring to mention Battlestar Galactica. Please never say "little dickens" to a guy . Now I see they've come out with Season 2.0 and 2.5. Two separate DVD sets instead on one. The greedy b#^%$*&@. Charging double for one season. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. I don't know the details of the DVD but they did do that strange Cable thing where they air a bunch of shows in the summer and then take a hiatus of a few months and return with new eps but refer to all the episodes as one season . To me that equals 2 seasons but a bunch of cable shows now do this.

Okay, so not super-new... but am I the only one watching "Eureka?" It's great! Gotta love the sheriff/marshall, the one with the most common sense in a town full of super-genuses... Also not brand new but I really enjoyed the concept in "Psych," and the shows have been pretty good so far (repeats now til January)... I didn't see either of these shows mentioned here... am I the only one watching them? (yeah, I know; it's that "different drummer" thing...) These, plus NCIS, plus House (hooked for the same reason I got hooked on NCIS: an actor playing a character *so* different than before: after about 3 eps I suddenly realized that crusty, irrascible House was Bertie Wooster. That messed with my head & had me coming back for more... (for someone with only enough time for Daily Show plus one show a week-- last year's pick was NCIS-- I sure am watching a lot of TV... )
