You tell me yours and I'll tell you mine. ;D Bob Dylan? Okay, I saw this show ... and I give up, I don't get the reference! (I hate it when I'm dense!! ) I thought I heard Bob Dylan playing when they entered the Bowling alley. Thought it was kind of an odd choice for NCIS. (now, had you said "Omar" .... that I would have gotten! ) Omar? Now on to the rest of the episode....I thought it was ok , I much prefer the Murder Mystery eps to the Terrorism eps. I thought the scene between Tony and Dr. Sweetiepie was odd. Seemed kind of sloppily written IMO. My problem with this storyline is that the writers seem to feel they need to write Tony differently now that he's in a "serious" relationship. I'm not talking about a more 'mature' Tony I'm talking about a 'wimpy' Tony . He gets one little phone call saying she's busy for the night and goes over to her place? Desperate much? IMO it certainly doesn't fit in with how Tony has been written for the last 3 years.

Fast National ratings for Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2007 "NCIS" was a solid second for CBS at 9.0/13. Here's the link, www.zap2it.com/tv/ratings/zap-ratings012307,0,483972.story?coll=zap-tv-ratings-headlines As for Tony and Jeanne, I think that chemistry is either there or not there, it can't be forced and in this case it's not there and I don't think that I'm missing it because we didn't see how their relationship began, it's just not there to me. Given that Tony found what appeared to be an e-mail to Jeanne from a former boyfriend, I now wonder how sincere she is about Tony and their relationship. I think that there may be a love triangle between Tony/Ziva/Jeanne this season. I think that Jeanne needed to be given more to do in, but, I just don't see that happening given that we have too many regular characters. I don't mind Gibbs having a love interest as long as they don't hit us over the head with it like they did with his past with Madam Director. This episode overall just didn't keep my attention in the way that last week's episode did. I am glad that they got rid of the perp. because, it seemed like they used some of the same characteristics with him that they did with Ari.

As for Tony and Jeanne, I think that chemistry is either there or not there, it can't be forced and in this case it's not there I have to disagree, I like them together it's just seems to me that the writers are treating him differently because this is a so called 'serious' relationship. First there was the no sex thing or more specifically no sex right away. And now they have him looking very needy and insecure, showing up at her apartment after she called off the date. This after 3 years of Tony being nothing but confident and downright cocky in his dating life and attitude towards women. Put it this way, if in S2 or S3 McGee had done these things and then told Tony about it, what would you expect Tony's reaction to be?? A slap to the back of the head and endless mocking would be my guess ;D. I'll agree with you here , it would have been much better to see them meet. If the writers wanted the audience truly invested in the relationship this would have been a big help.

I forgot to mention this earlier. But I liked the train station scene. Why? Because I recognized good ol Union Station in Downtown LA ;D. I used to take the train in everyday for work. That stand where terrorist guy was buying stuff used to be a bagel stand. Bagel sandwiches etc.. don't like Bagels so I used to be bitter that the nicest place to eat there only had stuff I didn't want . Aside from that they had a hot dog cart and a lunch truck out by the tracks, not exactly fine dining . So anyways now that I count I've been to the studio where they shoot the show and at least one of the locations . Can't say the same for Dark Angel P.S. the final bathroom scene was filmed in a studio. The real Union Station mens room does not look that clean, truuuuuust me .

You tell me yours and I'll tell you mine. ;D ;D Something I share with Tony: old movie addiction. "Omar" as in hunky-way-back-in-the-Day, gap-toothed, big-screen Dr. Zhivago Omar (Sharif). (and no, no connection with NCIS-- just the only Sharif I know...) And for Bob! (Of course, I haven't heard his new album-- it might have a sort of bowling feel about it; he's been an innovator in the past...) Yeah, for whatever reason the writers seem to be phoning in the romance-- I could see Tony curious, or poking around to see what was up, but coming over like a whiny near-stalker just seemed way out of character --and that little drop-in teaser yesterday about the old boyfriend was just lame. Continuing from last week: from Ziva's reaction it would seem she wasn't the one in the bushes with a camera. (last night hubby & I said, at the same time, it was the old boyfriend who had the camera!) (Oh, crap-- can't be that the old boyfriend is one of the bad guys on Tony's secret mission...?)(I hate cliffhangers... )

Hey, maybe they know what it does to all the fanfic writers! Give us a chronology/plot gap (especially on the romance department!) and we all run in and try to write our own plot filler!

Tony is acting so strange (suspicious) and whiney. Just doesn't seem right.

Something just didn't seem right to me as far as this relationship/romance goes when Tony went in to talk with the Director about his relationship with Jeanne that scene just seemed strange to me.
