Okay so a few quick comments about "Iced" 1) Man Tony looked hot after spending the night at the lake. 2) The end...Wow that's a tough way to go. I'm a wussy girly girl. He killed 4/5 ppl that we know of and I still felt bad for him. 3) Are Shep and Gibbs actually married? (as was joked earlier) Very very relationshipy in this epi. 4) Thank god they didn't have Tony looking pathetic or looking like a loser in this episode that really annoys me. 5) I really like Ziva more now than I ever liked Kate. 6) Did I mention how HOT Tony looked?

I liked the banter between Tony, Ziva, and McGee in this episode. As far as Gibbs and the director, the writers have seemed to try a bit of ship as far as they go, but, I think that the show would be better off if the director didn't have a romantic past with Gibbs, because, the writers have gotten hung up on that and Gibbs can't see her as his boss.
I liked the fact that even though Gibbs will do what he wants that at least he respected Director Morrow and didn't try to question his judgement all the time, because I think that more often than not that Gibbs treats Jenny as if she doesn't know what she is doing and it makes one wonder how she got her job and title. I did like the scene where Gibbs gives Abby a new soda after the director tried to give her one, because, I've missed seeing Gibbs take charge this season.

Great writing, perfect Tony humor. Y-not.... Agreed. So many great lines in this ep. Tony's 'interrogation' technique was brilliant! Not happy about the end. In my book 'two wrongs don't make it right'! You can mention it as many times a you like!

And here I would have thought that the DA crew would have vigilante sympathy's. Still, excellent conversation starter. Although I would consider this more of an 'ends justify means' debate, unless you think the guy deserved to go back to being 'in charge' of the gang. Also factor in the fact that he was going to go after the NCIS people (including Tony ) He had to die. Warning OFF TOPIC P.S. BTW: Sorry I have been quiet lately, and nothing has updated recently. My RL sucks right now. Also I would like to point out to any males living the United States: You do NOT get to file head of household just because you are the man of the house! Believe it or not (and those in the US are going to be rolling on the floor over this one) my SO really did not understand why he DIDN"T get to be the head of household. So he filled out his withholding form wrong, so he owes $2k this tax day (Saturday over here.) Guess who gets to come up with the money?
I'll be back soon. But I am in a really bad mood.

And for purposes of getting back on topic: Man, that Tony's hot!~ ~

So he filled out his withholding form wrong, so he owes $2k this tax day (Saturday over here.) Guess who gets to come up with the money? You sure he filled it out wrong? Sounds to me like he made out pretty well, got to spend his 2 grand however he wanted during the year. Now as for the perp, let's not let your hatred of what I'm assuming is all males at the moment color your opinion on this. Death, jail, yes both fine. He's killed quite a few totally acceptable.
The slow and agonizing death I'm sure he received from his gang to teach everyone else a lesson (yes yes I'm aware it's a tv show)....that's just wrong. We have laws against it for a reason. Gibbs was in a corner though, so I have no choice but to forgive him, but damn I'm a girl. Major cringing at the thought of what happened in between the final two scenes.

Although I would consider this more of an 'ends justify means' debate, unless you think the guy deserved to go back to being 'in charge' of the gang. The dude was a bad egg for sure, but I guess I was waiting for Gibbs to do the 'right' thing and use the situation to get the perp to give himself up. Or is that just wishful thinking from someone living in the land of lollipops? I thought he only mentioned McGee

Or is that just wishful thinking from someone living in the land of lollipops? i was disappointed in the way gibbs handled this, too. in the past, he's always found a way to help the proper authorities 'get' the bad guy. i'll bet he could have worked it so the gang would have handed over evidence against cesar - even if it was fabricated - if he had tried. and i wouldn't have been as disappointed in that scenario. it seems to me we're seeing gibbs on some kind of downward spiral off and on this season. maybe kate's death is weighing on him - not that it was his fault. but he's done things this season that i can't picture him doing in the last two.

I saw this ep last night. Enjoyed it. I also had some ethical problems with the teams actions in this ep, but mine were a little different from everybody elses. I have a problem with them claiming that the street gang had a "connection" to Al Queda and using that claim to get search warrants etc.. My problem with it is that this type of claim cheapens the real fight against a group like Al Queda. Plus it bugged me because in the real world I think this type of abuse is probably much more common than a government agent slipping info to a gang member in order for that gang member to get rid of someone the agent wanted gone. Having said all that, it's just a TV show whose job is to entertain us and I was entertained for an hour so I vote thumbs up on this ep . I espescially liked the funny/creepy moment when Gibbs rubbed Tony's head instead of hitting him and how much Tony enjoyed it ;D. P.S. I can't let this ep go without standing up for all guys who use skin moisturizer . We are men too .
