I liked this episode and the interaction between Ziva and Tony and the other cast members as well. I don't know why Ziva would invite the rest of her NCIS co-workers and not Tony over for dinner, but, I liked that mysterious aspect to that. I also liked that Ziva seemed to trust Tony more after being trapped and that she did seem to want to make up for the fact that she didn't invite Tony over for dinner with the others. I liked Abby's hug that she gave Ziva at the end because, she didn't seem to like Ziva in the beginning. I also liked that there wasn't an awkward flashback in this episode and that it had something to do with what was going on in the present, because, I think that the flashbacks have focused too much on the past relationship of Gibbs and Jenny and not enough on what is going on in the present. I think that Jenny's presence would've been awkward in this episode because of how it was written, so I'm glad that the writers kept her out of the episode rather than awkwardly trying to write her in. I also think that it's just hard for me to compare Kate and Ziva and their relationship with Tony because, I think that the writers have given Ziva a chance to develop where we learn new things about her little by little and I think that she has been given the opportunity to be able to contribute to a case/storyline whereas, I think that Kate was a victim of lack of character development.

I enoyed this ep mainly because MW got to, once again, show off his comic talent...and of course because he got lots and lots of screentime which also makes me a happy camper. > Gibbs was grumpy which is the way I like him best > No Shep which is always a double bonus > Good interaction between Ziva and Tony...not that I really ever notice anyone else on screen when he's on! > Enjoyed the Abby/Ducky scenes However kind of wished that the perp didn't end up being the perp because the clues were too obvious and I would have preferred a surprise twist. There are too many conspiracy theories being thrashed out on 'why Tony wasn't at Ziva's dinner party'. Like I already said over at Special Ops - he was too busy partying with his Tartlets! ;D

This was a great episode and I agree with everything AngelZ said. The old cranky Gibbs is the best. No smarmy smirks with the Shep. All that Tony was so and I didn't guess the perp, but then I never do. I'm really starting to like Ziva a lot. She has 'tude.

I really disliked this episode, it just seemed quite simple, usually the episodes keep your brain active but there just wasn't anything for me that made me sit up and pay attention. I like Tony's humor, and its especially good playing off of Ziva. As for Ziva, she makes me smile, either she makes me think of Randy Harrison or the little Hebrew i know.
