Whatever I listen to just depends on the mood.

I grew up to adult contemporary music and the oldies, you know, stuff my parents listen to. When I got to high school, I got exposed to more of the music contemporaneous to the times, like hip hop, rap, rock alternative, pop as we know it. My musical tastes became more defined when I got into college. Okay, here is a sampling of my favorite artists: Rock Alternative: System of a Down (all-time favorite) Radiohead Travis Creed Fuel POD 12 Stones Hoobastank Unwritten Law Disturbed Godsmack Staind Stone Temple Pilots U2 Pop Alternative (the lighter stuff): The Calling Weezer Vertical Horizon Bare Naked Ladies Cake Hard Rock: Metallica Savatage Scorpions Rob Zombie Adult Contemporary: Billy Joel Dionne Warwick Lionel Ritchie Barry Manilow Blessid Union of Souls Bryan Adams Paul Anka Blue Rodeo Celine Dion Brian McKnight Chicago Elton John Jim Brickman Vanessa Williams Whitney Houston...and many more... Girl/guy and her/his piano (or guitar): Tori Amos (love her) Sarah McLachlan Michelle Branch (some songs) Avril Lavigne (recent fan) 5 For Fighting David Gray Alanis Morissette My sisters are avid fans of R&B and although I find some of the music nerve-grating, it grew on me. R&B/Soul/Hip-hop: Boyz II Men (old school ;D ) Ashanti Ludacris Maxwell Mya Jagged Edge Aaliyah Missy Elliot Nappy Roots Outkast Isley Brothers (one song, "Contagious" - it cracks me up all the time, although I give them merit for being innovative in terms of style of conveying a drama through the song) Musical Composers: Craig Armstrong Randy Edelman John Williams John Powell James Newton Howard Thanks to my sister, I love trance. Some artists: New Energy Paul Oakenfold Yeah, I have a diverse taste in music. Like I said, that is only a "sampling." Music brings rhythm to my life in a major way.

Ok well one of my friends from Bulgaria introduced me to Sonata Arctica and right now they're my favorite band. But I also like just about anything I listen to, so I really don't have problems listening to anything.
I also like: Sum 41 Eminem Lil Kim Alicia Keys Eve The Beatles Cher Dave Matthews Band Mariah Carey Fleetwood Mac Linkin Park No Doubt Usher

right now i am really into Sugababes, if you dont know them, they are a british group, i dont know how to class their music, most people say it is rnb but i'm not sure. But i do recommend them, they are excellent live (i saw them the day before i went on holiday and they kicked booty)
