So was I the only one who wanted to actually see Cassidy escape? I understand why they didn't show it, but still I would have liked to see it.
I really like Agent Cassidy, I enjoyed her interactions with Tony, it kept me entertained without finding it excessive. Also I must provide the vain comment, her eyebrows don't bother me. ;D
Speaking of vain, is MW getting hotter with age? In my opinion he's definitely at his most attractive out of all three seasons on NCIS (maybe even ever). He is just so damn yummy lately.
I also really liked the Gibbs/Tony similarities in today's episode. Gibbs also seems to like Tony a lot more nowadays, which I'm kinda liking (it's not the scary nice).
As for the plot itself, I just wish every once in awhile they'd give us more than two suspects. I mean how many times do we have a red herring and then the actual criminal. I mean I love the interplay between all the characters, just every once in awhile can't we get a good mystery? (Aside from killing off main characters that is.)
Once more MW was really yummy today. ;D

LOL! that IS the most important thing, right?
my neighbor is in the hospital but i was told to come over and watch NCIS anyway. when i got there some of her family had stopped in to check on her husband and they were watching Scorpion King. [have you seen that? is it supposed to be scary? i found myself laughing...] anyway, i had to watch NCIS on a tv in another room with really crummy reception. so i basically only got to hear - not see - this ep. it seemed rather gruesome to me - of course, they do that every once in a while. but i loved the character interaction. i really enjoy gibbs/tony. in one scene gibbs sends paula to check on something and tony is going to chase after her. gibbs tells him to wait. after the elevator closes on paula, gibbs 'gibbs-slaps' tony. tony asks why and gibbs says it's for letting paula get to him. my point - last year gibbs would've slapped him in front of paula. this year - he waited till paula was gonna. i think there has been a subtle change in their relationship - especially since kate's death. and i really like it. they were really playing up tony's 'gibbs-like' behavior last night. when tony and gibbs both said "good job, mcgee" at the same time, i thought would roll! i plan to watch the rerun of this since i missed the first 15 minutes or so - and i DIDN'T GET TO SEE GORGEOUS TONY since the reception was so 'snowy'.

Absolutely! The Gibbs/Tony past is getting better and better. I enjoyed hearing from Ducky that Gibbs used to be like Tony 10 years ago. Not sure if I'd want it to go like that permanently though. Without "slap-guidance" from Gibbs, Tony is... lost I would have loved to see Cassidy escape by herself. Probably not smth you'd see on NCIS any time soon though

I enjoyed this episode and the interaction between the characters. I always have enjoyed the interaction between Tony and Gibbs and I liked that Tony attempted to treat McGee more like a member of the team than his little brother or a rival. I also liked seeing the interaction between Tony and Paula because Paula knows how to keep Tony on his toes and in his place without being over-the-top about it. I would've liked to have seen Agent Cassidy escape and have it be shown to viewers, but, I wasn't expecting that to happen given how women have been written and portrayed during the first two seasons of NCIS and on DPB's previous shows. I did think that that the suspect's lawyer was somehow involved in the murders, I just wasn't sure about the extent and I thought that aspect was more obvious than I would've liked.

felt this episode could have been so much better than it was. Still I found good and bad points.
Good to see the Paula and Tony interaction. The squak that came from Tony when Paula had him pinned to the desk was fuuny.
Tony's understanding of Gibbs mood was sweet. After seeing Boone's lawyer, I can understand why Tony hates Lawyers.
Ducky telling Tony off about his diet was very fatherly. Find out that Gibbs was a lot like Tony when he was younger is just plain scary.
Tony and Gibbs refusing to speak of Kate in anything but present tense was touching. Tony and Gibbs bonding over a head slap is a tried and true good scene.
"Stop ignoring Abby. She's sensitive." I always love the Tony and Abby scenes. Michael and Pauley play well off each other.
Ducky played Daddy to Tony and Gibbs in this episode. Also we found out a little more about Gibbs.
Tony playing the boss card with the probbies and ordering a strip search on the lawyer was impressive. So was the way he tipped Paula out of his chair.
Boone was boring as far as bad guys go. All he did was bait Gibbs.
Lawyer/Copy Cat killer talked too much. Considering Paula got to her feet but had her hands tied, I'd say she killed him kicking him in the nose. At the right angle, that would kill him instantly. It would have been better to have seen how she escaped rather than just jumping to her being in the NCIS observation room.
