hmm. well, i think this was probably my least favorite so far of the season, but i wouldn't have missed it for the world. [ronnie milsap song ] it was still very good. just "fluffier" than what they usually do. [vanished - to me - ran a close second to this for fluffiness. ] and it was hilarious. with the doppelgangers. tony/kate. gibbs/tony. abby and whoever. ducky and that little jerk in the autopsy. i also figured out the perp in the beginning which doesn't happen often. but that didn't bother me. i know we've been given the impression gibbs only dates redheads, BUT the man's not dead, the woman was hot and she was interested. i don't think this was necessarily an aberration from his character - but a deeper look into who he really is. no, i don't think he's quite like tony - i'm not sure tony is really who he pretends to be when it comes to women either - but i also don't think he sits home waiting for only redheads either. i think his real, long term relationships have always been with redheads - not that he's not ever dated a woman with another hair color. seems like an article or interview i read stated that we would see a deeper look into the characters - their lives, what makes them tick, etc. - this season? actually in the article niki posted, sasha mentions that DPB picked up on the chemistry between gibbs and kate. and kate is not a redhead, as we all know. [that was such a great article, btw!!!] the end did bug me. i mean, i KNOW she was the one who was the p.o.'s real partner and that she more than likely killed him - but i like closure. they've been doing that more this year - kind of leaving you hanging at the end of an ep. i prefer to know all the details. i hate books that end like that. it feels unfinished. i also thought "karen" looked a lot like pam dawber, mark's real wife. i had to check the cast list here to see if it was her - it wasn't. tony was really hot last night. he always is, but ... his hair, his clothes... i may be mostly a gibblet, but there's a bit of tartlet in there too. i'm not dead yet either. LOL i love the way he bugs kate. and she didn't mention the trash can when she was stating things he was not to get into. ;D

Ay ay! No arguments here. I enjoyed most of the ep, but I think the whole 'Gibbs and the girlie' thingy and the resolution of who the accomplice was let down the ep. Its a shame because up until Gibbs interviews Blondie it was a great ep.

not my favourite episode but it had it's good points.
The mirror imaging with the two teams was weird but funny for the first quarter of the program and then it started to annoy me.
The whole who had the most boring job conversation just about put me to sleep and I didn't feel it added anything to the episode, so therefore it was a waste of screentime.
I can never get enough of people finding Gibbs' name funny. You can almost see people thinking 'your parents must have really hated you to give you the name Jethro.' ;D
I didn't really feel that the episode finished as such.
Abby's little rant about superheroes cracked me up. But then Abby is always good value for money.
I personally think that Tony is as good looking as he thinks he is. But that's just me

Tony seems to enjoy getting on Kate's nerves which was shown when he was again caught going through her things, I think that Tony going through Kate's things is losing its luster and I know that I would be creeped out if I knew that one of my male co-workers was continually going through my things and he seems to enjoy being one step ahead of her especially in front of Gibbs.
I also had the perp picked out as soon as she began talking to Gibbs and I liked how Gibbs caught her and still kissed her at the end and it was also interesting because she wasn't a red head and it showed a different side of Gibbs then what we probably would've seen in Season 1 and I also noticed that Gibbs hit McGee over the head just like he has with Tony in the past. I also liked the Abby and McGee interaction and was interesting to find out about McGee's old summer job and I liked the scene where Abby yells into the phone and then Gibbs asks Abby what McGee has done now.
It was interesting to see McGee and the interaction between that male investigator and it reminded me a lot of how Abby got jealous of that female investigator who turned out to be the perp. I also liked the scene when Abby, McGee, and Kate are all talking at the same time and all trying to talk to Gibbs and then Abby raises her hand and Gibbs calls her and that was similar to what Gibbs did in another episode.
