Movies only here - no TV. I cried all through Dark Angel season 2 (rhymes with P.U.) I've promised to stop pissin' and moanin' about it. I cried at the happy ending in "Eight Below". I cry every time I watch it. ;D

I am probably the only one in the world who did... but I sobbed at "The Truth About Cats & Dogs..." (issues, man, issues...) and the fact that I cry in about every movie might have had something to do with it, too...

It's genetic: years ago when I was a kid I saw "Love Story" and of course cried (sappy, corny, manipulative -- a 12 kleenex movie) ...
I then told my mom about it, started crying in trying to tell it... and in *hearing* about it, my mom started crying...
(And therein lies the reason I don't go to movies much.)

I wasn't planning on posting in this thread because Aerie had asked me this a long time ago . But it got me thinking about my answer...... Cinema Paradiso, the ending where the boy now grown up opens the box that the old man/mentor now dead had given him. So anyways in thinking about the movie I googled it and found that last scene is on youtube www.youtube.com/watch?v=wEFugVbzsSo of course I had to watch and now goddammit here I am with tears in my eyes and 8:00 in the morning . FYI if you haven't seen the whole movie then the last scene will not make you cry but a lover of old movies might just want to watch .

West Side Story - but only the first 5 times I saw it Imitation of Life [the color version] - still gets to me sometimes Somersby Untamed Heart - saw this and Somersby the same weekend when they came out and decided that movies should come with heartbreak warnings along with the s-x and violence Bambi - i was only 4 when I saw it at the drive-in ET - only the first time Beauty and the Beast [disney version] - only the first time I saw it Pocohontas[also disney version] - the soundtrack can still make me cry Steel Magnolias Ok - now you all know I'm a mushy sap that cries easy; that's why I like to read and write fluff [though I don't mind if I cry in the middle providing I still get the happy ending] and you know I'm an oldhead

'School of Rock' I can't remember the ending. All I can remember about that movie is Jack Black's big head.

I cried when Mozart died on MeerKat Manor, but that was TV so it doesn't count. I cried when Deets died in Lonesome Dove. Oh yeah, TV again. Just ignore this post.

My 9 year old has decided that the Fantastic Four are very cool. I'm afraid I teared up while watching the scene where Ben tries to pick up the engagement ring from the pavement but can't because his hands are too bulky I am sooooo pathetic!
