Have you seen "The Spider and The Fly?" Has the long wait for a new season started off with a bang? Tell us what you thought. There are discussions and spoilers also posted on our sister site, NCIS Special Ops, if you're interested.

Really? No comments about the season premiere? We've heard about a bunch of other shows but crickets about MW's ... (are we just getting used to having him handy? ) I assume some of you saw it... any thoughts?

That is honestly the most positive thing I can say after watching the premiere.

(are we just getting used to having him handy? ) I assume some of you saw it... any thoughts? Might be because it was a massively anti-climactic episode. It was billed as a fast paced don't get off the couch from start to finish kinda episode. The first half hour was anything but tense and the second half hour had the most telegraphed plot twist I've seen in a while. Also the ending the way they deal with Loco Chick just kinda fell flat with me the whole scene just didn't click tone wise. Plus Tony and Ziva's scenes were underwhelming, just a disappointing opener all around really.

I was hoping for some kind of twist somewhere but, there wasn't one. It was really just an anti-climatic, disappointing underwhelming episode that is not one that I would want or feel the need to rewatch again. It was good to see Ziva and Tony and the rest of the team, but, the episode was really flat and I think this episode was overhyped, not overhypled like "Angel Of Death, but, overhyped nonetheless in my opinion.
