I'm not sure about the April Fool thing, but it seems to be on several South American sites as well....*breathe, Tig, breathe*
There are pictures of the new cast at the second link and gosh, the new alec looks like a five year old!!
I wanted DA back... but I wanted Michael and Jessica!

hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha Season 2 wasn't even Dark Angel according to Jessica Alba and Michael Weatherly so I don't expect this to be anything but a name. April Fool

I'm not a big fan on remakes. Anyway here are the real Logan and Max.

As sad as it is but I have to agree with Aerie. Seems just to be an April Fool's joke. I mean, look at the name of the actress which is going to play Max - Sara Mancini and the "article" was written by Sara as well . No official source - just Sara. And the whole site seems to be made by Sara. But I have to admit it's well done. Though still not sure I can laugh about it, yet, the thought of a Latin American DA version, shot near Caracas is kinda entertaining ... a DA soap opera? ;D

You have to be Dutch to understand. It loses something in the translation.

Would love to see what they have to say.

You have to be Dutch to understand. It loses something in the translation. BTW - A bril is also a 'toilet seat' in dutch.

Hey dutch, they removed the article that was posted under michaelweatherly.net, so it really was a joke . Basically it said that different Latin American TV stations have joined forces to do a remake of DA. They were going to start where the second season ended and concentrate on the angst and romance between the characters (that caused my DA soap opera remark ). You can find the cast under the second link. The names are funny: e.g. Logan Calle, Amerigo Blanco ... took me a while to realize they mean Ames White. AND they planned shooting the show somewhere near Caracas ;D. Fortunately they also had the German translation at wikipedia and even explained the toilet seat reference ;D. I found the fact funny that the name of the Duke was ALBA.
