I would love to see McGee play a joke on Tony, McGee and Tony remind me of brothers joking around with each other. been told that Eli David will be back next week, not sure if its right or not.

Very silly fic potential, the guys could each pitch to her why each would be the better candidate... Or with our ever-evolving legal system ... she could marry Abs!  Oh god, YES! Can you imagine Tony's face? After his comments about Abby and Ziva's 'sleepover', on the episode that had the Cupcakegate, I think that Ziva preferring Abby over him might drive him insane... ;D |

I dunno why I worry about real life now, since the show takes such liberties ... but the (real) NCIS website says you have to be a US citizen to be a special agent -- tho' can be naturalized. Oh  , I know foreign nationals can serve in the US Armed Forces so I guess I assumed that they could be in NCIS as well. |

Oh , I know foreign nationals can serve in the US Armed Forces so I guess I assumed that they could be in NCIS as well. They're limited in what they can do. Anything requiring a security clearance is next to impossible and joining a federal agency requires background checks comparable yo those you need for a security clearance. |

How long is a piece of string. It would vary from person to person and whether Vance could pull strings for her at a govt level. It can take years. If this was the real world then Ziva would probably never qualify. She showed questionable judgement and loyalty concerning Rivkin - this should be a black mark on her permanent file. Oh and even if she did marry Tony or Abby it would still take her a couple of years to attain citizenship. Of course this is not the real world...  |

how long does it take to become a US Citizen? You have to live in the country for 5 years, however, there are exceptions like if the person is in the US military service and will be deployed overseas, then you can get the citizenship in approx 3 years or less. You do have to have a squeeky clean record. Getting a top secret clearance, the person will have a indebt background check done including checking on their close relatives. Daddy David might be a problem for Ziva because of his background in Mossad and questionable character. |

As far as how they're going to resolve it I'm waiting for Ziva to pull out a birth certificate and passport expertly forged by Mossad. |

Stratch that the second easiest, the easiest way is to ignore the issue completely which is what they've done over the first three episodes. If everybody ignores it is there really an elephant in the room? |
