;D ;D Wow, dzero, what a great reply! Sounds like you're gearing up to run for some elected office-- if you do, you have my vote! I was more honest in my reply than any politician ever would be ;D ;D. Just my luck, I missed the new ep-- both times it was shown! I had really wanted to see it-- hope it was a good one. I really wish USA would jump on the bandwagon started by its older cousins, NBC & CBS and post eps to watch on line... Or you could jump on the bandwagon and buy one of those newfangled VCRs or DVRs . I myself just jumped on the DVR bandwagon this weekend. First show I watched? Psych I'm pretty sure they rerun it more than twice , anyways solid episode. They are going to have quite a difficult time trying to top last seasons final ep. The one with the sororiety.....absolute classic . P.S. sorry if I ruined that joke for you , I figured you had seen it.

I was more honest in my reply than any politician ever would be ;D ;D. ...which poses a problem for your candidacy: how can we trust a politician who doesn't lie to us?? (and I would have said that even before seeing "Sicko," which, by the way, ought to be seen by everyone in the US. Wow!) Oh, no, their show is usually full of little gems like that and the fun is seeing them do them, too-- so it made me giggle and want to pay attention to the listings to see when it will be on again! (And the rough part about VCR/DVRs is knowing ahead of time you won't be around when you think you will and they need to be set... and I'm still convinced I do *not* want Tivo! <I don't have lots of TV time as it is, so one good way to manage TV time is to catch a show or miss it as it's shown... Otherwise I'd never get anthing done! >)

I'm shocked . Shocked I tells ya! You've got a good point about time management. On the other hand having one of these things would allow you to record the psych rerun tonight at around midnight

Thanks for the tip-- I can watch it "live" & if I stretch out on the couch & lay really still, it would be almost as good as sleeping... ;D Yeah, yeah-- but it's pretty striking when they go to Canada, the UK and Cuba and start comparing specifics as far as availability & the dramatic difference in free care vs bankrupting care... Okay, so he's not blowing up cars and it doesn't star JA ( ) but it's worth consideration! (and more noteworthy when you have someone under your roof dependent on several meds costing bunches!)

Later this week Psych is coming back for it's summer season . This show is a lot of fun IMO. Thanks for the heads up on this show dzero. I've managed to catch the first 6 or 7 eps of S2 and I'm liking it a lot. The ep with Lou Diamond Phillips was particularly amusing.

Just watching Psych 2.07 - was that Craig Veroni (DA's Otto) playing the PE teacher? Yeah, that was a good episode too . For my fellow psych fans youtube.com/watch?v=VWyaPLSkaXEand if those fans haven't seen the season final yet then don't watch that clip and for anybody else, just so you know, the tone of that clip is completely unlike any other scene in the shows history edited to add another more typical clip ;D plus this is from the episode that MW's niece appeared in. She is the one who asks the question about the Cosby show. youtube.com/watch?v=oVQ0tXE3LlY&mode=related&search=

Yeah the final scene from 2.09 is very very unPsychlike. I kept thinking that Sean was going to 'wake up'.
Thanks for the the link to the YouTube clips. I know how I will be dealing with my Psych withdrawl symptoms over the hiatus. I haven't seem any of S1 so I have a lot of catching up to do.

I watched 5 new shows last week! I can't remember a year in which I wanted to try so many new shows . And incredibly I liked 3 of them enough to keep watching. At least for now.Reaper and Chuck are very similar. Average guy gets involved with amazing adventures. Both trying more for comedy than action. Reaper is a lot more successful, it really reminded me of Buffy the Vampire Slayer in a good way . Chuck just seemed a mess IMO. the actors are a likable bunch but everything else about this show was just or . Not funny and clumsy unexciting action scenes, I'm surprised this thing actually made it onto prime time television. I really enjoyed the new Bionic Women. Reading the reviews and fan reactions online it seems like I'm in the minority on this one but I thought it was a good start to a show. It's a very serious take on the old 70's TV show. There wasn't much action in the pilot, maybe why that's why some people were disappointed . But I liked the character and premise, they'll have to do a much better job establishing the villains though. If they do something like wait all season to reveal who the villains are?? well I'll never know about it because I won't sit through a whole season of that. But for now I'm on board. Life is the new show I liked best. It is unlike anything else on TV IMO. It's a cop show unlike any other. They did an excellent job balancing the case/murder mystery and the lead characters own problems/drama. Also tried to watch Dirty Sexy Money. As you can tell from the "tried" I was not successful in watching it. Mostly because it sucked. It sucked from the very beginning and kept on sucking till the middle and I'm guessing kept on sucking long after I turned it off.

I really enjoyed the new Bionic Women. Me too (< me hiding behind dark glasses)While the pilot certainly had it's short comings (typical pilotitus), it seemed to me that one of the main problems that the critics (that I have read) seemed to have with it was their inability to embrace the updated technology. I love a bit of sci in my fi so it wasn't a problem for me. I laugh at the people who say that they don't watch/like sci fi and at the same time think CSI is 'reality' tv.
