The Grand Prix has trucked its way into Melbourne this week. 4 days of listening to broom broom, increased traffic, no basketball because Albert Park is closed to the public bla bla bla Nothing to do but sit back, drink beer and watch the race

Can we get a virtual post-card? Please? ;D Thanks guys, I aint even seen pics of the place myself all I know is its in the south part of Spain....well I think so anyway. I aint going till November but I just really needed to tell someone, me excited....this time I have more time to prepare Cool thing is his mom has let us book our accommodation off her time share points so all I have to pay for is flights and food when out there. I'll try my best to take some pictures to show u's when I get back. Have quite a wait though, I'll have to entertain u with stoies of me moving till then. It's all happening this year, would be perfect if I could find a new job this year too.

Life is good The Pixies are currently touring down under (something which I never thought would ever ever ever happen) and I managed to snaffle a ticket to the 'Industry peeps invite only' warm up gig. I saw them last night again at a bigger venue which was also incredible! I have another ticket to see them again next week. ;D This monkey's gone to heaven!

What! Only three times. ;D
I saw Bob Seger, a new obsession, four times in the last four months. I had to travel to Missouri and Nevada, as well as the L.A. forum, to do it. ;DOkay, back to the Pixies. You can hear some of their music and see a little vid of them on David Letterman here profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendID=3014473And I've had that link in my bookmarks for a couple of years. Today is a big day for Aerie. UCLA is playing in the Final Four Aerie went to UCLA I think every member of her family went to UCLA and pretty much everyone she has ever met went to UCLA so she must be excited Now the interesting question is.........does Aerie know what sport the Final Four is?

A sister and 3 brothers are hanging out at UCLA these days trying to learn something. Not sure about the sport - I've been out of town, on business again, and haven't talked to my sources. It's gotta be basketball because of the March madness thingie. Here we go with my complaint. I leave town again and there was a fire in the hills. How did I know you ask? Because ashes are all over the place. Yeah, the same place I just cleaned up earlier in the week when the wind blew EVERYTHING from the neighborhood into my back yard. Gripe, whimper and whine. And I missed the firemen. It's a beautiful day already and it's not even 10 o'clock. Yippee.

aerie, i heard about the fire on npr radio this morning....two little kids (around 10,11 or 14 years old) set it, and then turned themselves in. they set it in YOUR back yard? [yells] "cookout at aerie's!!" here in indiana, basketball is a pretty big deal...hoosier's and all that notre dame's knocked out (again) so it's been mellow around here in other news, i had my interview last week at coke for a driver position an hour and a half interview...i was worn out it was between me and 3 other people, everyone else was filtered out they said they were going to call me this week to let me know eather way. i had heard nothing so i called them , and was told that corprate hadnt made up their minds yet and to sit tight for anoth week or so.... yeesh!

Sorry, you missed the cookout. ;D
spikey, you will find a job driving. It may take a while. Maybe your first one won't be spectacular - but you'll get something.
Patience in all things - that's a little quote from our favorite TV series.
