Must be an ATnT thing because I'm pretty sure I haven't got it. The one video my phone came with was the trailer for Babylon AD maybe the worst movie of the year! Thanks for f*cking nothing Verizon!!!!!!!! ;D ;D Verizon had the 1st ad spot for NCIS, saying that you could watch the shows on (if I caught it; was barely paying attention) "V Cast " (or something like that ) ... so check your menu; you may have something similar in there too!

Yea I saw that, knowing Verizon its probably a $20 a month service with a $50 signing on fee.

I am waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyy to drunk for 6pm. Funny thing was it wasn't even a mardi gras thing. FYI Be very careful about your alchohol intake when watching a Manchester United game with a half a dozen Irishmen. You should always be careful while boozing with Irishmen!! They have binge drinking down to a science...i should know... ;D

shywriter once you get the hang of the BB you'll wonder how you ever lived without it. I used to walk around with bits of note paper in my pocket and bag trying to keep track of the kids/our playdates, parties, haircuts, phone no's etc - having an electronic calendar in my pocket which sync'd with my PC changed my life. Yeah, sort of like your recent switches, my change from a Treo to BB is a trade off -- the epiphany you describe was more what I felt when I got my first smart phone/PDA, keeping everything on the little bugger. The biggest upside of the BB is being able to have all my active e-mails (2 personal, one business) all equally accessible with one punch of a link (do-able on my old PDA but wonky enough and needing work ID info that the IT guy never would get to me, so had to hunt a couple thru websites) -- I use the thing for e-mail more than anything (business and personal) so that's a big plus. Also, the sych system of updating only one calendar, so both my desktop & PDA are updated at once, is nice. But I still miss the non- BB system: hardware just as good but not as expensive, 'cos it's not the big-deal BB; claimed speediest system available ("3G") still loads more slowly than my old one on some sites, more 'one stop' settings may be faster to set volume, etc, but is more limited and has fewer personal setting choices than my old one; browser and such different (and do far, less friendly) than the system I had on the other one. So yeah, I will like this and would love it if this was my first, am just keenly aware of what I have now is, even with the office paying for the unlimited data fees, more money for BB system and less access (tho' that's not BB's fault but the office's censoring our fun!)

Michelle why would you buy one outright? On a 24mth contract my phone is only going to cost me around $AU312 (so I'm getting a new iPod and phone for less than buying an iPhone touch. (Mr AZ gets my old iPod nano and we all win). I'm on about the lowest phone package (I'm more of an emailer than a phone user), but if I was on a higher $ contract they'd give me the phone for free. It took a while, but the telco's finally came up with some decent packages for the iPhone. My understanding is that they've 'selling' them below cost just so they don't lose customers. Maybe that will happen in NZ too? to get the iphone on contract it will cost $700 to buy the phone. NZ has Vodafone where on pre pay you can get 2000 for $20 mth. Telecom you can get 500 texts for $10 a mth Also Telstarclear just started up here no idea what there cost are. you got to really shop around in NZ to get a good deal.

I have to say I'm kind of unsure if I'm going to keep this. I'm paying an extra $30 a month for this internet package and I'm really not sure its worth it. The email is great and the instant messaging is nice but I've never liked trying to browse the web on a device thats 3"x2" and this thing hasn't changed that opinion. I think I really need to play around with it more and hopefully sort out the browser so that pages load fully rather than partially and maybe find some other apps with more cool features because so far its not really worth what Verizon wants to overcharge for.

I think I read that blackberry is opening an app store like Apples sometime in March. Kind of wanted to get a Touch but ..... I spend too much time online already.

Sorting stuff out for my trip to England next week. I'll be leaving Sunday and will be returning a week from friday. Going to be visiting Birmingham, Manchester and Hull. Having some trouble with the flight schedule tho as I was supposed to finish registering stuff with the airline so I could get my tickets and now they're saying I've not got anything booked even tho the credit card was billed. Gonna have to sort that out tomorrow.

That sounds like a cool trip Mr.Clark. It seems like you just got back from your last trip to England. I loved everything about England and kept coming back when I was traveling in Europe for a few months. I wanted to live there but I had to finish my education in the states.

Yea altho I was there last May so its been a while. Funny you should mention education, my reason for going is because I'm considering transferring to one of three English University's that I'm going over to visit. They've got a very unique degree program that interests me very much. The problem is that I'll have to essentially start over as a freshman at the ripe old age of 23. On the plus side its a 3 year program to get a bachelors then possibly 2 more years doing a Masters in the same area of study. I've been dieing to live in Europe since I was in high school so I'm really looking forward to maybe moving there for the next 3-5 years.

My sister went to England, some years ago. She was there for 6 weeks with some of her friends, they went to Paris for a week. Lucky girl guess who she saw in Paris? Michael Weatherly doing that photo shoot.
I want to go to Wales, cause my grandfather is from there.

So I'm finally in Blighty and fecking miserable at the moment. For started I've apparently come down with some sort of flu minus the fever, I don't have a clue what it is all I know is that I can't keep seemingly anything down at the moment. Of course it would have to pop up 12 hours before my little vacation. On top of that there was a big old flight issue that had to be sorted so yea, its round about noon here on Monday and I've been up since 7:30AM-EST Sunday! I really hate it when I have to do the over night flights I'd much rather fly during the day make it to the hotel at night and crash then wake up the next day on the right cycle but no, things never work out that much in my favor.
