Yeah, and lots of other new good stuff, too! ;D (or am I the only one who hadn't seen all this yet?? ) would have been better still if it had some Tony in it too...

A very good episode IMO. A little disappointed in the ending though . They kinda telegraphed the twist a little too much and shot it in a clumsy way. Up until then though this was shaping up to be one of my favorite NCIS eps. I am anticipating some weeping and wailing from the tartlets about his lack of screen time. but I'm sure that will be better next week.

Yea it was a good episode, Michael didn't get much screen time but I thought he definitely brought his A-game, he just seemed a bit sharper than he was at the end of last season I suppose they were stressed out due to the strike and all.

I liked the episode and the fact that most of the team is at least back home, which happened faster than I expected. I don't like it when too much of the plot twist is given away too quickly which happened here in my opinion. This is the type of episode where I think viewers will like it more if they have more than one favorite character. I also think it will be interesting to see how long Director Lance lasts at NCIS because, I think that what he's done in the past will come back to haunt him eventually.

Liked this one a whole lot, even though you could see what was coming in the end (though it's never as it seems -- surely no one is blackmailing her to do something or they'll kill her kid, right? it's been done!) ... AND there was entirely too little Tony. Entirely too little. But man, I liked Vance a whole lot last year and like him even more now! I keep reading that he & Gibbs are gonna have territory-Alpha Dog issues, but man, I love how they both swing into long-time, experienced agent mode together when it's not just the two of them butting heads, but the two of them against someone else (when they were interrogating the McGee clone -- the little bugger mumbles he has rights, Vance immediately turns to Gibbs on that & lobs him one, which Gibbs knocks out of the park. Sweet! So like what would happen in a workplace like that, in police precincts everywhere... ) Also liked "Boss" McGee (with Gibb' guilt trip on him, in response to McGee keeping *him* out of the loop!) I suspect it won't be *all* Tony next week, but lots more than this ep (seeing he's the title character! ) -- and maybe they'll bring him home at the end of the ep! ~ ;D~

But man, I liked Vance a whole lot last year and like him even more now! Yes I am really liking the new Director. Any actor/character would be an improvement over whatshername but I like how direct the character is and am also impressed with the actor. A 100% improvement over Jenny Shepard.

Vance is definitely what The Shep should have been. For some reason they can easily write tough men, but women always seem to come off a bit whiney and melodramatic. (Abby and Ziva are the exception because they're quirky).
I liked the ep a lot and was pleased that it had a twist. While I did suspect the end result I thought the clues were fairly which was a plus.
Obviously not enough Tony so we'd better have a double dose next week...or else!
