Have you seen "In The Zone?" Tell us what you thought. There are spoilers at our sister board NCIS Special Ops, if you're interested.

Meh. Not crazy about this one; it started off slowly and seemed awkward as it got going, as if the writers got the "great" idea to send someone to Iraq, and that was the last "great" idea for it before it went downhill.
Two high points, though: we got to know several nice character tid-bits about Jardine (Love that she's a "messy" germophobe!) and actor doing the smarmy guy was wonderful -- and the scene in his office may have been overly cutesy, but I loved Gibbs' reaction & comment about Ziva to him & Ziva's "message" back to him in the form of a mangled squeeze-ball!

The whole ep seemed a bit rushed and bitsy. As you said, great idea to go to Iraq, but for me there wasn't enough time to explore the situation properly. Happy there was lots of Tony - and in cammy pyjammies! Gave it an 8.5 over at Special Ops.

I liked the premise of an NCIS agent going to Iraq, but, this episode was rushed and had too much Nikki in it and not enough of the series regulars to me. I think that the show named NCIS will be back next week given the previews that I saw. I liked and miss Paula, who stayed on as a recurring character. Fast National ratings for Tuesday, April 29, 2008 CBS was a solid second with "NCIS," 9.3/15. Here's the link, www.zap2it.com/tv/ratings/zap-ratings042908,0,2712206.story
