Have you seen "Grace Period?" Tell us what you thought. There are spoilers posted on NCIS Special Ops, if you're interested.

So I think we can all agree that those last 25 seconds pretty much sealed Dr. 90210's fate, right? She'll be dead soon...

I understand MW fans loving that last moment as I'd probably feel the same about a nice JA moment . But from a stroytelling perspective I really hated it . I like Dr. 90120 and liked their relationship for the show but the whole being tortured about not being able to say "I love you" story is just sooooo lame IMO. They really haven't invested enough story time in them as a couple to give this any meaning so it's just generic "I'm a guy so I can't express my feelings" BS . Just lazy writing to me.

I would agree with you dzero, if this was the Tony Big D, little I, Big N, little ozzo series. This is a 42 minute show, with a cast of too damn many, and they can't invest the time in one character. We don't even get insight into Gibbs and his squeeze and it's Gibbs' show for ker-rist sake. If they had stuck to Gibbs, Tony, Female Agent, Abby and Ducky we might have had a chance. But not with all the extras they've added. It's as good as the writer's micro manager lets it be after it's cut to the bone to let all the characters have a few lines. Think about it. They could have left out all the McGeek stuff completely and given the others his 5 or 6 minutes. We would never have missed the little nepot and we might have had some depth. If only they would give the Director her own show and she could take McGeek, Ducky, Palmer and his little cuddle and our guys could visit them occasionally. That would work. We now return to the great acting. I'm back to add - NCIS shoots longer than most other one hour (ha) shows. They often have 30 - 40 -50 hours of tape. Then it's cut to 42 minutes. No way can that be blamed on lazy writing. They write their little guts out week after week, just like they're writing the great American novel. A writer on NCIS

Nope, it's all I used you as an excuse to spew. I get irritated with all those little snippets of life in NCIS. That's why I don't watch TV. This isn't the place for it but my two favorite TV shows are Lonesome Dove and Pride and Prejudice. Six hours each.

Nope, it's all I used you as an excuse to spew. I get irritated with all those little snippets of life in NCIS. Anyways let me clarify my complaint for everybody. the relationship doesn't bother me it's the fake drama I don't like. If his problem was that he was unsure of his feelings I would be OK. If his problem was he was scared to commit I would be OK. if his problem was he knew he loved her but was scared she didn't love him I would be OK. But according to the show he knows he loves her, he committed to her pretty quickly and knows she loves him....but he just can't say the three little words! it's just so fake. And what I meant by "they haven't put enough time into the relationship" isn't that they should spend more time on it but that it's a background thing and better off left that way. There was plenty of drama on last nights episode without this silliness IMO. And also I was trying in some way to point out the differences between this relationship and that of Max and Logan. That was a relationship where they couldn't tell each other how they felt but there was so much more to it. They weren't already a couple, they were unsure how the other felt and so on. Alright enough of my ramblings

This is exactly why I decided to pick two favorite characters early on when watching NCIS, this way I don't focus so much on someone's screen time. I think that the person who the writers have the most problems with is the Director, I don't miss her when she's not around and I think that the show runs more smoothly when she's not in an episode opposed to when she is. LOL, Madam Director doesn't seem to be all that important to the writers. I think that NCIS would be better off with Jenny being a recurring character. I think that sometimes even if a person or group of people work really hard on something that sometimes that it just doesn't come across as it is meant to. That last scene made me want to gag, it was too predictable that after Paula dying that Tony would finally admit his feelings for Jeanne and because of that it just didn't come across as sincere as it would've if no agents had died. I would've liked this episode this episode a lot better if that last scene with Jeanne wasn't forced in. I also thought Jenny's hair looked like a mess, it was distracting. I liked the episode for the most part. I felt bad for Paula and what happened to her team.

Agreed (that's the opposite of disagree ) I like the change in Big D having a girlie, but spare me the details. She had better be tied to The Frog/Snail mystery in some way or I'll... dzero please hand me some rocks!
