This is basically along the same line of the glaringly obvious thread, but aimed at all the little bits and pieces (generally M/L) that made you grin a goofy grin, or rewind several times to relive the moment.
You could call it nitpicking, but it is less negative. Just little details noticed, which made you glad to be watching the show.
I'll get the ball rolling, shall I?
411, Max has a small braid/platt in her hair (don't ask me why, but I liked that)
Prodigy, When they land on the bed you can see the rope still trailing out the window. Sure, it's supposed to be, but that seems to be the kind of thing they'd overlook and just slap some torn piece by their heads to indicate it had been broken, or whatever. Attention to detail is what I'm getting at.
Prodigy, The fact that Logan grabs the rope when Max is getting up and pulls her back onto him.
Kidz, My favorite little nuance of all is in this episode. Zack is hot wiring the car, and Logan ask if everyone in their family are thieves. If you blink, you may miss it, but Max gives him a quick dig in the ribs with her elbow. I love that bit, it just seems so happy coupleish, and each of Max and Logan's expressions. Oh, beautiful.
There are tons more that I can think of, but I'll leave it for someone else.

I love this idea Firmament. I can't stand nitpicking my favorite TV series so I don't even read what others write about it. (I nitpick for a living, won't do it for fun.) When I love something that much, I love every little part of it. Well, Season One only. I'm going to start with the Pilot and see what I can come up with. ;D

That one scene (I can't remember the epsiode) where Max and Logan are both in the car, and the windows are fogging up and Max can't concentrate on what Logan is actually saying. That scene was just so amusing and really showed the chemistry between those two.
That and the kiss and shared dream sequence in Blah Blah Woof Woof. Those were just such sweet moments.
The banter in Art Attack was good too. Nothing like family weddings.

Art Attack - the scene where Max walks out in the red dress and basically stops Logan dead in his tracks. The look on Logan's face is great, but what I love even more is watching Normal's face as he takes in Logan and Max's reactions to each other. Even as oblivious as he is to everything around him, he knows that something is going down between those two. It's priceless.

One of my fave is in "Meow" after Zach so rudely interrupts them when Logan hands Maz the communicators and their hands just linger on the other's for a second. So shippy! Then the dialogue:
M: "This'll wait, right?" L: "We have all the time in the world."
I LOVE the foreshadowing in those two lines. Even before I saw AJBAC I knew just because of that line that something big was gonna happen.

I was reminded of this one tonight while watching Out:
Sketchy dodges a pedestrian on his way to Clemson. Might not be a big deal, but how many shows would interrupt a character's speech for a visual detail like that? The fact that he repeats himself after the interruption is very true-to-life (as opposed to TV-ish) as well.

Pilot, "Let me get my coat" "The one you're wearing?" "Right"
And Just after that, something that I enjoy now after their relationship has been developed, is the closeness of each other as the walk down the street. They bump into each other casually and Logan shadows Max as they walk.

The picture of Max as a kid while in manticore, with the blood on her face. Haunting.

in one of the eps where max is in heat, she is doing sit ups, her arm is all wet and sweatty, but when the camera flicks back to her again after OC was talking, its all nice and dry!!!

This is not for nitpicking mistakes and alike. This is for the little things that while not necessary, make the show so much better.

And as everybody that works with films (or any other media) its the small details that make the whole. I thought about it to when I watched it, it really shows that DA isnt like anything else out there.

Watched Blah Blah woof woof and I just love the chess game, when they are finished and Logan asks: if its not against the superhuman code to take advantage of mere mortals. Max grins mischievously and tell him: Yeah and I'm not done taking advantage either and then the look on Logan when she says that and pauses before she goes on telling him about the stunt contest at Crash. oh, its just so good.

I love that bit, especially when she bites her lip, you can tell she nervous about asking him out with her. Perhaps she was hoping it to have more meaning than just actually going to CRASH? 'Cause she flounces a little when he turns her down. Yes, it is just so good.

I love the way they allude to Max's cat DNA by using body language in the Pilot and in IAIAAC.
In the Pilot it's the scene where she is perched on the top of the couch while speaking to Logan ( after the Mirror scene).
And then in IAIAAC, again she is kind of crouching on the chair as she speaks to OC about how Logan is acting strangely toward her.
