Probably the smartest move NBC has made in over a year.

Joan and the vase!!! ;D Betty and the box!!! ;D I keep reading that question online, why does everyone think she will? I don't see it at all. Not saying it's not going to happen but I don't see any of the clues everyone else seems to be seeing. Almost a disaster here at Mr. TVs place, cable went fooey for about 5 minutes on Sunday night while I was recording Mad Men. What happened on the show in that 5 minutes? November 22, 1963 that's what happened. I missed it . I had to record it again when they rerun it later that night but the rerun wasn't in HD I had been waiting all season for that moment, to see how the dealt with it.

dollhouse just got axed fox kills another show i like....what the hell? Joss Whedon's an idiot. After Firefly he should have gone back to the CW or somewhere else where his work would be given a chance to succeed and expectations would have been calibrated to the niche market his stories work in. Instead he went back to Fox and they dumped his show in a time slot no one would bother to watch it in.

dollhouse just got axed fox kills another show i like....what the hell? Shame really. The last few eps have been great. I think for the sake of the health of my poor heart that I should abstain from watching any new shows on FOX - particularly if they are scheduled to run on a Friday night. JW needs his head examined for jumping into bed with the Devil again! *** Sorry MrTV, but I've been flat out with work and haven't had a chance to watch the last 2 eps of MM. Maybe I'll squeeze in time tonight. Love the title on the series finale. Hope it lives up to my expectations. Because I think she was the mysterious phone caller that rang the Drapers house

Hope it lives up to my expectations. The second to last ep was excellent. I'm not sure how I feel about the season finale. It was enjoyable and fun to watch but I'm just so unsure of where it leaves us for next year.

I guess it sets it up for a complete game changer for next season. It will be interesting to see if the 'new game' will be as interesting as the last 3 seasons.
Pete: I want my name in the lobby Don: There won't be a lobby
LOL
Pleased to see that Don chose not to pursue Connie. Felt really sorry for the kids. Joan is the bomb!!!

Pleased to see that Don chose not to pursue Connie. What's weird is that the scene where they first met was so good and all the scenes that came after were so bad. Well I don't know if they were bad "scenes" I just hated them because Don was such a kiss ass. Saw the first ad for the new season of Chuck, loved watching it but then got worried because there was no Casey . Made me realise how much I don't remember about how they left things. Am bummed that so many of my favorite cable shows are ending their seasons. First Mad Men and now Curb Your Enthusiasm and Bored to Death. those two have been quite the combo on Sunday nights. On the bright side am excited for tonight is the night we celebrate "Slapsgiving" on How I Met Your Mother www.youtube.com/watch?v=JtkYcOknQwo&feature=channelwww.youtube.com/watch?v=JtkYcOknQwo&feature=channelwww.youtube.com/watch?v=tCWfBQaF5J4

Some news: Emmy-award winning series Mad Men will get a fourth season. That was revealed about the same time as the third series aired - to a 4.5 million audience. Source: www.nydailynews.com/entertainment/tv/2009/09/01/2009-09-01_mad_men_will_be_back_for_a_fourth_season.html** Psych has been renewed for a fifth season, TVGuide.com has confirmed. The super-sleuthing USA comedy — which stars James Roday as a fake psychic who solves crimes with his excellent observational skills and Dulé Hill as his best friend and partner — has been given a 16-episode order. Season 5 is likely to kick off in summer 2010. The second half of Psych's fourth season will return to its usual Fridays at 10/9c slot in January. But for the first time in the show's history, it will not follow Monk, which airs its series finale Dec 4. Source: tvguide.com ** The official word is in! Chuck returns on Sunday, January 10 at 9/8c with a two-hour premiere. It then shifts to its new timeslot on Mondays at 8/7c. Who's excited?! ** I think it symbolised the downfall of Don. Slowly but surely losing control.

While I may be the only one here who cares Lie to Me got its back 9 order even though they apparently wont be on the January schedule. You're not alone. Haven't seen last nights ep yet but I am enjoying this show more than House so far this season. Having said that I don't like that they have slightly added some soap opera elements in the second season, more of the daughter, more cases that somehow relate to one of the staffers personal life.

Having said that I don't like that they have slightly added some soap opera elements in the second season, more of the daughter, more cases that somehow relate to one of the staffers personal life. Yea House is really driving me nuts this year, they've really neutered him. Hugh Laurie always said the character couldn't last long because eventually he was going to wind up destroying himself in some way shape or form and now that there this far in its almost like they've cut him down to something that can keep raking in the dough for another half dozen seasons. I'm also gutted that Cameron's gone even though I don't blame Jennifer Morrison for leaving after they jerked her around for so long. I'm really hoping House's whole self regeneration thing collapses soon because hes the one character I really like to see walking the tight rope between misery and insanity. As far as Lie to Me I really like it but I'm kind of annoyed with the direction its taken this season. Its like they've tried to turn Lightman into House making him this dark and shady anti-hero with a seriously suspect moral compass, when last season he was a rude but generally harmless scientist. I also like the shippy aspects of the Cal/Gillian relationship. In all there character centric introspection the one character I really wished they'd played up as being evil was his ex-wife Zoe, after the introduced her I was so hoping for a Zoe/Gillian cat fight or something but now its kind of no big deal. Also I've always been very fond of Kelli Williams going back to her Practice days.
