You mean if there is a Space Needle? Or where it's located? The latter. I know there is one, but I'm not familiar with Seattle's layout at all, so I don't know where in town it's located.

I'm watching season one again and trying to work out some fiction, but something bothers me.
When Logan exercises with Bling he keeps ... hmm... grunting and panting as if it were exceedingly hard for him when Bling flexed his muscles.
I've done a lot of reading on paraplegia cause of DA (good thing, I think I'm not the only one who has read up on that subject, am I ?) and I still can't figure it out. If he has no feeling in the legs, why does he sound like me after 100 pushups ?

If he has no feeling in the legs, why does he sound like me after 100 pushups ? I am definitely not an expert, but have also done some research on this topic...my impression is this: Logan's injury is at the T-8 level, which would make his abdominal muscles pretty weak. He needs to work on them so he can sit in the chair, reach things, etc. He can still recover use for about 18-24 months, so when he's working with Bling, it's to retrain and strengthen the muscles that he still can control. It's not so much that he's panting because Bling is doing range of motion on his legs, but the other part of his work out that is taxing him. Rachel

OK, catherder here.
There are a bunch of "in-jokes" in S1 DA. Joe Ann Fogle was a producer (she worked with Chic Eglee on Murder One). Yes, Fogle Towers was named after her.
Steven Sassen is another producer. One of the Red Series assassins is named Steven Sassen.
You get the picture.
I have pages and pages of DA trivia. All sorts of useless information.
Logan's birthday is November 11, 1988
Max hasn't chosen a birthday yet.
Logan lives in Sector Nine (the High Rise Sector). Max lives in Sector Four, I believe.
The address of Crash is 1313 Euclid.
Anything else people want to know?

Oh, and an important piece of trivia:
According to the hoverdrone ID in I and I am a Camera, Logan's eyes are -- green. Not blue.

got some problem. i don't live in the US and well, i know nothing about it except for news, the major cities such as NY, Washington Disctrict, etc. Thing is, I need a "country" setting for the next chapter of my fic. If anyone is willing to help, you can reach me at: thanks. can't continue my fic without any knowledge of the country, right?! Please help me out. I wanted to write the succeeding chapters, but I still have no idea regarding the address I need. Thanks

Someone in the crew is named Fogle? No, I didn't see that one. Guess we know where they got the name unless, of course, there really is a Fogle Towers in Seattle. I've never been there, so I don't know. Same goes for the Space Needle. You didn't miss anything. Not one word has been uttered this season about Herbal or Bling. It's as if they never even existed. (Looks for someone to kick in frustration)Dark Angel *was* filmed in Vancouver, B.C., Canada, so I don't know if it would matter if you had been to Seattle. I'm pretty sure that the Space Needle really does exist, but I doubt that Fogle Towers really exists. By the way, thanks to whover originally posted the thing about Fogle Towers being spelt with one 'g'. I was spelling it wrong for a loooong time.

Any questions about Seattle I will be glad to try and answer. However, as has been pointed out, the show was filmed in Vancouver BC and most of the street names that I have heard used in the show don't exist in Seattle (neither does Fogle Towers, although there are plenty of highrise condo and apartment buildings). Yes, there is a Viaduct in downtown, right along the waterfront and the Space Needle is in Seattle Center. There are no sectors, although each area has a name. The old part of downtown is called Belltown, which is undergoing a rapid revival and urbanization - in my mind that is where Fogle Towers would be.

Does anyone know the normal pulse of an X5?
If not do you think it would be higher or lower?
Any guesses?

^ abregaza, IMHO I'd guess higher, like a hummingbird's, to support their greater speed and recuperative abilities.

In a biology class I took, the teacher said that the more athletic you are, the lower your pulse is. I'm not sure if this is true of X5s, though, because their body temperature is higher than a normal person. Hope this helps.

Okay, here's my thoughts:
A stronger heart would probably have a lower heart rate because a stronger, healthier heart would have a stronger, more efficient beat, thus requiring fewer beats per minute, BUT when the X5's "kick into high gear," their heart rates would definately go up considerably.
Perhaps, their average pulse is lower, yet their hearts are strong enough to beat much faster than a normal human's (even and athlete's) could when the situation calls for it.
It would definately explain Renfro's comment about a "normal" human heart not being strong enough.
Did that make sense?
