Hi Everyone I'm currently interested in the Lydecker character - does anyone know of any good lydecker vids etc? Or if anyone is planning on making any... I'd really like a good lydecker vid - The one on Lostpenguin was sooooooooooo good it kind of made me want more (I'm thinking of doing some kind of Lydecker fan fic/back story or something and vids are usually a great inspiration. ) Also, just on vids in general... - where is a good place to download DA vids? (I only discovered the wonderful lostpenguin site a couple of hours before it ended - I only managed to get 2 vids - so I'm desperatly searching for more) - I'm a big fan of vids with sounds from the tv show in them (e.g. dialouge etc) Are there any vids out there like that? Thanks anyway nikita007au

I would love to see an M/L video using "I've Fallen In Love With You" by Joss Stone. Joss Stone is dope, I would have never believed she looked like how she does if I had only heard her voice first...

I love her CD and that song in particular; she has a great voice, well beyond her years, it's hard to believe that she is only 16 years old. Jessica is also a fan of Joss Stone's and Joss will be performing at the VH1 Divas Concert.

Uninvited by Alanis Morissette - a dark sort love song - I don't know, I heard it and thought of Max and Logan and their strange little relationship - more focusing on Max and her... issues I guess

That's a great song for Max and Logan, Toblerone. I think that it's both haunting and beautiful along the same lines that "My Immortal" is.

I still really want to see a vid for "Here is Gone"! Crappers...this message is almost a year old now..Phooey, oh well...I actually got more than half of this song done about 2 months ago and was about 1 min from the end of the song but had stopped and put it on hold. I wasn't sure about the true meaning of the words of the song when it was referring to: And I want to get free Talk to me I can feel you falling What does he mean by I can feel you falling? Does he mean, falling as in pulling father apart and breaking-up or falling as in falling more in love and for someone's decision to be apart falling away, opening up fo get back together? I got confused on that and if I knew the meaning of it I could finish the video

I know that Johnny Rzeznik, lead singer of the Goo Goo Dolls went through a divorce and I thought that "Here Is Gone" was in part about her and their relationship and now divorce as well as other songs on their album "Gutterflower", for example, the songs "Sympathy" and "Big Machine" and "Think About Me." I think the verse "I can feel you falling" is in reference to falling out of love and pulling further apart and breaking up. I also think "Big Machine" is about people who become caught up in themselves and superficial things, that might be where the title comes "Big Machine" comes from along with the references to his failed marriage. I hope that helps you, Flyin11.

Helps a little bit....that covers the feel you falling part....How about his part, and I want to get free? I guess that means he wants to get away and break up? I'm glad I asked first...I think I was going at the vid all wrong when I was doing it Thanks

From listening to "Here Is Gone" specifically, this song seems to have an bitter, angry, reflective tone to it and the part "I want to get free" from how I read the lyrics meant that this guy has tried to salvage the relationship, but he realizes that he can't, even though he wanted the relationship to work. I also remember that anger shows caring. All the songs on "Gutterflower" don't have an angry tone to them like "Here Is Gone" has. This is just my interpretation of the song, how someone else might interpret this song might be completely different, but, I do think this would be a good M/L "Hello, Goodbye" video, with more of a focus on Logan and him reflecting on his complicated relationship with Max. I think that "Sympathy" would be a good "Hello, Goodbye" song and video for Max. I hope this helps, Flyin11.

Yes...That helps alot..You're being so helpful..Thank you ;D I have one more song I'm having trouble with by a different band. I'd love to do a Max/Logan one to Matchbox 20's (Another big favorite band of mine) Bent...Ummm, What does it mean when he is saying Bent? Does it mean scared, not yourself, or something? I was thinking of doing it to Max and her seizures but then that doesn't fit in with the "You're breaking me in , And this is how we will end, With you and me bent" part I don't think Can you help me I'm bent I'm so scared that I'll never Get put back together You're breaking me in And this is how we will end With you and me bent

I looked at the lyrics to "Bent" and I thought that the word bent represented imperfections in this case both Max and Logan's imperfections. I could tell on "Dark Angel" that they both struggled with this question of will we ever be able to get past our problems so that we can be together? I know that as a viewer that I wondered the same thing, but, also realized that they will be together in the end. That was one of the many things that I loved about "Dark Angel." Season 1 was Max's learning how to express and feel love and Logan and his issues with the paralysis and in Season 2 there was the virus, but that in this case despite the imprefections that they have that Max and Logan will end up together in the end, even though they both have fears and were and are scared about a romantic relationship, especially Max after the virus. I think that "The Lie" in "Hello, Goodbye" expressed her fears and Logan's issue is and always will be wheelchair or no wheelchair, Am I good enough for Max, this super human goddess? I hope that this helps you, Flyin11.

Frenchie - About a year ago (I think), I looked for DA WinAmp skins, found that all whopping three of them were of JMA, and decided I would try to make one of MW. Then I found out what is involved in making them and quickly realized I don't have the time, patience, or graphics programs to do it. However, if anyone here is interested, please give it a go... My video requests:Celine Dion - "A New Day Has Come"I'm not normally much of a Celine Dion fan, but I heard this song and immediately thought of Max and Logan. I had imagined it for whenever they cure the virus, but it's really good for anytime they're happy together. Probably Meow would be the best timeline, because the song is about renewal and optimism, through love. It could work from either Max or Logan's POV, although it does have the line "All in the eyes of a boy" so I guess it would have to be from Max's. The sound of the song would be very appropriate for a video, I think. Lyrics are here. Michelle Branch - "All You Wanted"This seems to have a very S2 feel to me (in a good way), for some reason, but I think it could work for any timeline. Like above, the sound of this song would be great for a video. Lyrics are here. I really, really want to see those two made into videos. I also wouldn't mind this one: Michelle Branch - "Everywhere"Somebody mentioned this as being Max's POV while she's at Manticore. I agree. Lyrics are here. Was still searching for a few ideas and found this one you gave Kyre I just bought Michelle's newest album yesterday and found a song off of it for one possible vid already and have taken up your suggestion and just bought her previous album with these 2 songs on it and will listen to it and see if I can make something go with it for a video or 2 I'm not getting soft LOL, just some of my other ideas with the music I listen to isn't panning out too good so I'm checking into other options and I don't care what anybody else says, Michelle isn't all that bad...she's got a nice voice and has some good meaning to her songs
