From this week's People Magazine. • Mom-to-be Jessica Alba and expectant stylist Rachel Zoe were engrossed in pregnancy talk with their attentive husbands, Cash Warren and Rodger Berman, at the Who What Wear dinner party at Il Sole in L.A. recently. Everyone was in great spirits, and an onlooker says Warren had his arm draped around Alba's chair during the meal – and even snuck in a little PDA at the table. Rodger, meanwhile, was just as sweet – and he made sure Zoe was comfortable. Here's the link, www.people.com/people/article/0,,20474905,00.html

From this week's People Magazine/Celebrity Babies. Jessica Alba Doesn’t Have ‘Same Anxieties’ with Second Pregnancy Jessica Alba is experiencing pregnancy through a whole new set of eyes. “Maybe it’s because my body hormonally has already been through it, so I’m not being broken in,” the actress — who is expecting her second child with husband Cash Warren this fall — tells Latina. “My body knows what to do. It’s not as daunting.” Admittedly in constant fear while carrying her first child Honor Marie, now 2½, the Spy Kids 4 star isn’t sweating the small stuff anymore. “Every moment was so new and kind of terrifying and now I know what to expect,” she says. “With Honor, I was constantly like, ‘Is she moving? Is her heart beating?’ I’d worry about everything and with this baby, I don’t have the same anxieties.” However, while she may have chosen a lighter exercise routine than she had while pregnant with Honor, Alba isn’t giving up on working out completely. “I’d like to still do something five days a week, from a half hour to an hour — nothing excessive, just some moving [around],” she explains. “It makes the whole pregnancy so much easier. The more fit you are, the easier the birth is, and a healthier baby you’re going to have.” The same applies to eating healthy, Alba notes, but adds she is known to indulge in each and every craving. “Sometimes you can’t get a food out of your mind. I could always eat watermelon. With Honor, I loved fruit, too. It’s a decent craving,” she shares. “You still eat cheeseburgers and pickles — you just want watermelon really bad. I don’t deprive myself of anything. I eat whatever.” Here's the link, celebritybabies.people.com/2011/04/25/jessica-alba-doesnt-have-same-anxieties-with-second-pregnancy/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+celebrity-babies+%28Celebrity+Baby+Blog%29

From this week's People Magazine/Celebrity Babies. Jessica Alba: How Hypnobirthing Helped Me Jessica Alba is sharing her secrets — at least when it comes to motherhood. Due with her second child this fall, Alba realizes pregnancy is “different for everyone,” but says her strong belief in hynobirthing helped her through the delivery of daughter Honor Marie, now 2½. “I highly recommend it. It just makes you chill,” the actress, 30, told reporters at the RIMOWA‘s Rodeo store opening on Monday. “I was freaked my first time going into labor, like, ‘What if I panic? What if I just freak out and am not prepared for it?’ This just prepares you.” And while her pregnancy has been easier the second time around as Alba knows what to expect, she admits being an expectant mama of a toddler puts its own twist on things! “A little harder on the body,” she shares. “My daughter still wants to be picked up and ever since my belly popped she’s really on me.” In addition to motherhood and her acting career, Alba recently added a new job to her resume: creative director of HopScout, an online sale site that offers parents daily blogs and information about kids products. “I think the coolest part so far is I know as a mom how difficult it is to try and balance work and being a mom. We gave an opportunity to stay-at-home parents to completely work from home,” she explains, adding that in addition to their hourly salary, the company provides their parent bloggers with a computer, as well as money for groceries and their child’s tuition. “I just love that we are encouraging and promoting parents to stay at home and raise their kids the way they want to, but they can also help provide some income which every family could use.” Fortunately, for Honor — who celebrates her third birthday on June 7 — Alba’s work with the site has given her plenty of gift-giving ideas. “They had a little gardening set that is really cute so we will see what she gets,” she reveals. – Anya Leon with reporting by Patrick Gomez Here's the link, celebritybabies.people.com/2011/05/17/jessica-alba-how-hypnobirthing-helped-me/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+celebrity-babies+%28Celebrity+Baby+Blog%29
