The new season starts on Sept 22, Tuesday.
I think the cast go back to work next week, so spoilers will be coming in soon.

Team-ncis fascinates me. Realistically speaking its almost certain that whatever information they get was almost certainly, first leaked in English yet for some reason they translate it to French then back to English for the website. Its fairly clear that there spoilers are always run through a Babel-fish quality translator.

Me too. Paramount/CBS informed Special Ops to cease and desist posting info that was not authorized to be published. (We were going to call on our very own attack lawyer but she was busy writing fan fic.) In order to stay in their good graces and not have ProBoards shut us down, we agreed. Also, staying out of jail was important to us. Many of our members attend fan fest and have met some of the cast and crew and this is important. Evidently Team-ncis has bigger friends in higher places than we do.

I really don't think there is a hole lot CBS can do about spoilers once they've reached the interwebs, legally speaking. If posting spoilers for TV shows could put you in jail I think Spoilertv would have been locked up ages ago. That being said I understand that quite a few people at SpecialOps would rather not be listed persona non grata at fanfest so you have to play nice with CBS/Paramount.

What? We love to discuss these things. Put it back up, please. Spoilers are okay as long as they are not script pages. Susan, the script coordinator for NCIS posted this at Special Ops.Everyone here at "NCIS" is thrilled that you're all such big fans of the show. However, it's also important that you know that it is ILLEGAL to post script pages before the episodes have aired. All scripts are copyrighted and the property of CBS Paramount Television. CBS Paramount Legal is investigating the leak.
Besides being illegal, the writers work incredibly hard to create interesting, suspenseful stories for you. And the crew works around the clock to make sure we bring you the best show possible. And posting script pages undermines that process and ruins it for everyone.
The fact remains, though, that it IS illegal to post them. So PLEASE STOP POSTING SCRIPT PAGES OF OUR SCRIPTS.
Again, thanks so much for watching and for your support. We really appreciate it.

See this again leads me to the conundrum of why nobody from LA has tarred and feathered the creators of SpoilerTv as they post script pages for some shows all the time.

I have never read the scripts that they put up. Also do you guys want me to post the updates for the spin-off NCIS:LA or just say with the DC team?

I'd be curious to see them but it might be best to put them in another thread, or at least seek Aerie's approval before doing anything.

See this again leads me to the conundrum of why nobody from LA has tarred and feathered the creators of SpoilerTv as they post script pages for some shows all the time. Spoiler TV stopped posting links to script pages for NCIS at the same time Special Ops did. Not sure if they've gone back to their old ways or not. NCIS is not the only show to clamp down on the publishing of scripts and sides (can't remember who else just at the moment) but there are quite a few other shows that have recently made the same request of their fan sites.

TheFutonCritic.com is another one that posts scripts. I don't go on that website.
