too bad about the 30s, Aerie... yourself. I went skiing today. Only a 90 mile drive, cold, windy and the snow was wonderful. None of it from Mother Nature - all man made. Too bad a thousand other people had the same idea. But more than half of them were guys so it was okay. ;D

That makes me want tacos. Now. I'll never complain about the cold weather here in Southern California again. I've just returned from Missouri which was as cold as a polar bear's ass. That's what the peeps there say.

After a so far unusually warm winter (warm as in almond trees blossoming down in the Rhine valley ), there finally was a bit of snow, but still not as much as normal for this time of year . Only the tiniest bit on the street when I was driving to uni today, even though it goes up to about 1000m / 3280 feet. Not sure if I want to complain about no skiing and white Christmas seeming unlikely or like it since driving is decidedly nicer without snow .

My Christmas wish is for no snow (and I mean the ENTIRE season), I used to hate the cold, but now as I've gotten older (and I have to shovel and don't get snow days), I despise snow. I'd take blistering cold any day (I somehow doubt I'm going to be lucky enough to have another warm winter since we had that last year). I don't suppose we can somehow shift the weather so we only get snow in skiing/snowboarding areas? NY has totally bipolar weather. One day it's 60 and the next you're in three feet of snow (I'm not kidding this has happened before, wearing flippies on a Friday and trying not to spin out in my car on a Saturday). Happened just a week and a half ago, I finally found a little dress to go my boots, everyone's walking around without coats some even in tee-shirts, next thing ya now we have a low of 30 and I'm cursing realizing I'm probably going to hate my outfit by the time I'll be able to wear it. Luckily the cold did inspire my friend to go, "We need to go on vacation." So necessary, especially since my sister two weeks ago was in South Beach and is currently in LA, sibling rivalry reaches new heights when it involves a tan.

LOL I'm hoping for cold weather so I can wear my new Leather Jacket. It's cold enough at night but I need cold weather during the day so more people can see it .

my tan is so good, that when i walk by anything painted white...i blend in Haha I think I might be glad it’s too cold to wear short sleeves because if I walked by a white fence you’d see little rivers of blue that are my veins since I’ve turned translucent! Hey Dzero think we can magically switch places during the day so I can wear my dress and you can wear your jacket? We would of course have to switch back before night hit or you might turn into a popsicle

My Christmas wish is for no snow Such a strange concept to me have snow at Christmas. More often then not it's about 35C/95F on Chistmas Day down here and the last thing anyone wants to do is eat turkey. I love the idea having (at least one) white christmas - although shovelling snow doesn't sound like fun...unless of course the Cat in the Hat turns up to help.
