I thought that while there was some great scenes with Tony and Ziva together and separately along with some good actions scenes that overall this episode and the overall outcome was way too predictable, but, I've learned that SB and company really like to overhype the Season Finale. I was hoping that there would be a real twist somewhere but, there was nothing including the very last shot and who stayed behind, I saw that coming long before it happened. I think that a better and more interesting twist would've been to have Tony be the one left behind while it wasn't as bad as "Angel Of Death" the overall Season Finale was not surpringly overhyped by SB and company again.

this episode had 2 endings, maybe the other ending was Tony not returning home with the others.

Good ep, maybe just because the last few were so blah but I liked it.
My favorite scene was just Gibbs and McGee going through the crime scene, investigating. We really haven't been getting too much of that lately. Or at least from what I remember.

It's so strange that I liked this episode so much. I usually enjoy the characters and the humor and ignore the story.
This held my attention for the full 42 and a half minutes. I liked Gibbs a lot in this. He was very intense at times - and just seemed tired of the whole thing at other times.
Gibbs and Vance had some excellent scenes together.
Gibbs seemed old and tired at the end of the episode. Mark Harmon really did a wonderful job this season as far as I'm concerned.
And Cote de Pablo was incredible. She's come a long way since she joined the cast.
MW was wonderful, as always. So unhappy with the whole situation, but held his own with Mossad Director Eli David. I loved Gibbs being amused, but not surprised, at Tony coming through.
Great acting by all and I usually never notice the acting.
When Season 2 began I started tuning out the negatives and focused on the things I loved about the show. Mostly Tony, but I've come to enjoy Abby and Gibbs. And Ziva, of course.

Predictable ending? I don't recall anyone guessing that Ziva would end up being tortured and held in a Somali prison? The 'secret ending' wasn't about who came home (not sure that you can keep the details surrounding scenes shot in 3 different locations and a cast of around 20 a secret - with everyone sharing one script). The secret or double ending was the final torture scene. And the twist you ask? Who to trust? Has Gibbs trust in Ziva been based on a lie? Has Daddy David been pulling the strings all this time and Gibbs been just a pawn? And just when you think you've got a handle on Vance, he goes all mysterious again. And Tony is da Man! His interrogation scene with Daddy David so soooooooooooo A Few Good Men - which is fine given Tony's hobby. If anyone else had have tried it, it would have been cheesy. Go Tony. Go Tony. Goooooooooooooo Tony!

The torture scene didn't surprise me at all, I expected something bad to happen to Ziva given as soon as she stayed behind. I've also always thought that Daddy David was an all about me guy and so I think that Daddy David used both Gibbs and his daughter Ziva as a pawn too and that her romance this season was to me a lot like Jeanne's with Tony. I would like the writers to write Vance in a consistent manner and I wouldn't be surprised if he knew more about Daddy David and company than he's leading on and I've never really trusted Vance and what his true intentions are and so while the scene with Gibbs gave Vance something constructive to do was I surprised that Gibbs doesn't trust Vance? No and I knew that Gibbs would not be happy with his team being split up again and I think that Vance will end up with his job on the line if he wasn't being truthful about what he knew. I know that I'm in the minority who didn't like this Season's Finale, but, to me it wasn't just one thing that I didn't like, it was a combination of things and to me good acting can only carry a story so far. I think that the best Season Finale of "NCIS" was during Season 2.

How did Tony really betrayed Ziva? I just saw it as He was just looking out for her. I think Ziva is too proud of herself to say she was wrong.
Also that guy (Hadar) that took Tony to the car was Imhotep from The Mummy.
