Cool new feature at FFnet, especially with recent flooding of M/L fic ;D "June 5, 2009 -- New Feature Announcement: We have just launched the "Storymarks" feature. Storymarks are bookmarks for stories/chapters and is one of the most often requested feature. With storymarks, any user can save their current spot and return to continue their reading at a later time. Members do not need to login to access this feature. To access the storymark feature, use the "View" and "Add" links at the top right of story pages. Clicking view will allow you to access your current storymarks. Please note there is currently a limit of 20 storymarks and we will remove the oldest one if you attempt to add one over the limit."
Thanks for posting, MAri, and that I didn't just post instead of suggesting it be done... ...but am I the only one having trouble with this feature? THREE times now I've gone in to load Pulse Day stories, thinking it would be an organized way to pull them up, read & review without losing track -- and each time I would load 3 or 4 stories and the next time the bookmark queue would be empty!! Grrrrr......Hey, I should have posted it here right away anyway. Hm, seems to work for me so far (Wow, technology once cooperating with me? ) Seems odd though that one can only access it (add and view opening the list) when actually reading a story, not from the profile.

The following message was posted on FF.net yesterday. June 16, 2009 -- Minor improvements: Chapter title information is now included in review alerts. Fixed a problem where you can lose storymarks data if you have multiple browser windows open and add/remove storymarks within each window.

The following message was posted on today on FF.net. June 22, 2009 -- Minor updates: 1. Incorrect dates in Storymarks have been fixed. 2. We are trying to isolate a Firefox browser issue where accessing Storymarks from multiple tabs/windows can sometimes cause storymarks to disappear.

Once more, no signin, just "An error has occurred while processing your request." Should be used to it.

Just when we have all this new M/L fic -- FFN is sick! Hasn't allowed me to sign in all day! Can't review or post fic or send PMs or nuthin! ~ ~ ...but at least we can get on & read 'anonymously..."

Looks like an international illness, then... Self-centered as I am thought your post was in reply to mine, but seems just same obsession in same moment. ;D Please tell me I’m not missing more of your fic because of it. I like having company -- just prefer better circumstances! (as in, sharing FFN fic, not being locked out together!) Hm… let’s have a picnic. ;D

Hm, nothing here, I'm trying to post at BBWW since this morning and only get 'exceptional error'. (Nothing in any way important, just mere stubbornness)

(So glad for the advane fic-feeding )

Hey, is this the first case of serious FFnet misbehaving after the Pulse? Guess we're lucky then.... ;D
