ALBA HITS BACK AT PEREZ HILTON JESSICA ALBA is fuming over gossip blogger PEREZ HILTON's claims she is ashamed of her Latin heritage. Hilton has targetted the Mexican-American actress on his website, dubbing her Jessica 'Don't call me Latina' Alba. But the pregnant Sin City actress insists Hilton is picking on her because she wouldn't have her picture taken with him. Alba says, "It was all because I wouldn't take photos with him at a nightclub. It would probably be smart for me to hang out and kiss up to what's his name, Perez. "Of course I'm proud of my heritage. That's all I know. I only know a Mexican-American upbringing." One person who it is not so surprising she attacks is Michael Weatherly, her former fiancé. He was my first love,” she admits. “The way I grew up was that you marry the first person you have sex with. That’s the way everyone in my family is.” But it wasn’t to be - and it put her off dating celebrities. “F***in’ actors, man,” she says. “No more actors. I like to work with them, but I don’t need to be in a relationship with one.” WOW.....she really slams MW. Why so nasty about our lovable and sexy Michael?

I know the reporter characterized it as such but I don't see how that was an attack .

I don't think she really said that, i bet its just the magazine trying to make more money.
Here is something I posted here last year some time.
Its from the New Zealand TV Guide (abit of an Interview of Jessica's)
TV GUIDE: You were once engaged to your Dark Angel co-star Michael Weatherly (now NCIS) and you are dating producer Cash Warren. Are you ready for marriage like your charater in the film?
JESSICA: I never talk about my personal life in any way because then the press makes up nasty things and people get hurt. I don't feel it is entertainment so I try to put more emphasis on my work when I talk to the press and hope the headline will be about the movie and not the romantic date I just had with my boyfriend.

Alba, Dawson Celebrate V-Day Jan. 11, 2008, The Associated Press Jessica Alba and Rosario Dawson were among the celebrities who celebrated the 10th anniversary of V-Day, a global effort to end violence against women and girls. Alba, who made her stage debut performing Eve Ensler's "The girl thingy Monologues," offered a poem at a private luncheon Thursday sponsored by Glamour magazine. But first the 26-year-old actress warned that she was "popping out" of her dress. "If you guys don't know, I'm pregnant," Alba said as her fiance, producer Cash Warren, beamed. "You're all women. I think you understand your breasts are engorged and your stomach is getting bigger by the second." Ensler founded V-Day, which now reaches 119 countries and has raised $50 million to increase awareness about violence against women. "It literally started from one woman's voice ... and it's exponentially grown," Dawson, 28, said. "It's about embracing being a female and reclaiming that." V-Day will celebrate its anniversary with a two-day event at New Orleans' Superdome in April. Dawson, who is a V-Day board member, performed a poem about New Orleans, calling it "the girl thingy of America." Katie Holmes, Val Kilmer, Kerry Washington, Ali Larter, Gina Gershon, Judith Light and Jennifer Beals also attended the event. Cindi Leive, editor in chief of Glamour magazine, said last year's V-Day luncheon raised over $200,000. Holmes said her friend Paula Wagner — a longtime business partner of Holmes' husband, Tom Cruise — inspired her to become a part of V-Day. "It's important for women to support each other and communicate with each other and be each other's friends," the 29-year-old Holmes said. "We should be working on stopping violence for people, for everyone." Here's the link, movies.msn.com/movies/article.aspx?news=292103>1=7701

I know that ML Fan reads the articles before she posts them and she is very careful to edit if necessary. Yes, I said edit. We don't want criticism of Jessica and Michael on the Board. They had so much happiness together and I want to remember that. After all, it's Max and Logan that's important to us and they are still together.

Jessica Alba's a Pre-Yummy Mommy Pop Tarts spotted Hollywood "Honey" Jessica Alba out and about shopping on Robertson Boulevard on Tuesday, and she looked every inch the preggo princess. Sporting a tiny tummy and bonus curves, the starlet strutted about with a spring in her step, and it seems this glamour girl isn't suffering from any morning (or afternoon) sickness. Usually a paparazzi-protester, Jess flashed a smile at the flashes and waved to fans on the street. Aww. An insider tells Pop Tarts that the normally body-conscious screen siren is "loving" all the changes the baby is bearing on her body and can't wait for a mini-me. "Jessica has always been very maternal," said the source. "She loves kids and she's the type of person to want a dozen little ones!" Since becoming pregnant, which she announced in December, Alba says she's been feeling "a lot more emotions. Anything could make me incredibly angry or break down crying. That's not something I'm used to." Just as I once refused to believe anything on NPR could be boring and I now refuse to believe any woman could be overemotional. From Page Six Jessica Alba and Cash Warren disagree about finding out sex of baby By Angela, CBB News Editor It appears as if Jessica Alba and her fiance Cash Warren do not agree about whether or not they will be finding out the sex of their first child. The couple were asked while visiting the Kari Feinstein Style Lounge at the Sundance Film Festival if they planned on finding out the sex of the baby, to which Cash replied "yes" as Jessica piped in a resounding "no." On a different note, the couple left the lounge with pink, yellow, green and aqua colored crib sheets from Marnie Rocks -- covering all the bases. The 26-year-old actress expects her baby in late spring/early summer. Source: Page Six ----- Ok, how could anyone not want to know?

www.comingsoon.net/news/movienews.php?id=41179Alba on Sin City 2 and Fantastic Four 3 Source: Heather Newgen January 24, 2008 Soon to be hot mom Jessica Alba talked to ComingSoon.net/Superhero Hype! on Wednesday about her upcoming films while promoting her new thriller, The Eye. CS/SHH!: What can you tell us about your character in "Sin City 2"? Jessica Alba: I haven't read a script. I don't know anything about it. Robert (Rodriguez) and Frank (Miller) haven't talked to me about it at all. CS/SHH!: How long until we get "Fantastic Four 3"? Alba: I have no idea. I know the writers strike and the impending actors strike has kind of put a wrench in everything production wise. That film takes a lot of prep, a good six months of prep and about six months to shoot. With the strike, I think, maybe it's put on hold. CS/SHH!: Any thought into making "Dark Angel" into a film? Alba: We've talked about it, I want to work with Jim so I would pretty much do anything he wants to do. CS/SHH!: In the "Fantastic Four" comics your character becomes a mother. Would you like to see that in the film? Alba: Little Franklin? Yeah, I think that would be hilarious. He's so powerful, I think that would be a really interesting dynamic a mother-child dynamic. She's still a superhero but she's super protective and he's wild, he can do anything and has no sense of what's appropriate, that would be really fun. The Eye opens in theaters on February 1.
