I really don't care too much anymore but I was looking through the paper this morning in the TV section and it shows that Jessica is suppose to be on the Jimmy Kimmel show tonight...It also guest stars Anthony Anderson and has The Four Tops performing..Is this a new one or a repeat? Anyone have any ideas? Tonight will be a new appearance from Detroit because of the Super Bowl this weekend.

Maestro doesn't allow the hotlinking of images or videos from his site, we don't want to upset him. The best link is this one www.JMAZONE.de.

JA won an award on the MTV TRL awards and appeared on the show via videotape to accept. I forget the title of the award but it was for "shooting down" the host of TRL who I guess flirts with all the female guests. To be honest I wasn't really impressed with the clip they showed that people voted on but the clip of her accepting was great . In the clip she was wearing this outfit I looked on MTVs website for links and stuff but if anybody can find anything about this you are a better internet sleuth than me ;D.

Here is a screenshot of her TRL appearance. Also she was on E news this weekend, interviewed at the Dolce and Gabana fashion show from last week. They asked what she liked the most and she said "The boots!" I mean she was gushing about the freaking boots ;D almost like she was ....um...uh....well you get the idea .

I think it may be awhile before we see pictures again that play up her looks and body such as the GQ pictures after reading about that proposed lawsuit. March 1, 2006 -- AS if their multimillion-dollar salaries weren't annoying enough, the pampered presenters at Sunday's Academy Awards - including Jamie Foxx, Clint Eastwood, Jessica Alba, Jennifer Aniston and Queen Latifah - will all receive gift baskets brimming with an estimated $100,000 worth of goodies. The freebies range from a $25,000 luxury vacation package from the posh Halekulani Hotel in Waikiki to pampering at the Cornelia Day Resort to a $600 Krups espresso machine. Alba Plays Hardball with "Playboy"by Sarah Hall Mar 1, 2006, 4:15 PM PTJessica Alba is not feeling particularly playful about her unwitting role as a Playboy cover girl. The Sin City star, whose bikini-clad bod graces the cover of the nudie mag's March issue, is threatening to sue the publication for using her image for commercial purposes without her consent and causing "immeasurable harm" to her reputation and career. Earlier this week, Alba's legal team at celeb-friendly firm Lavely & Singer fired off a strongly worded legal missive to Playboy Enterprises, accusing Hugh Hefner et al of making it seem like she appears in a "nude or semi-nude pictorial" within the pages of the magazine. In the letter, available for viewing at the Smoking Gun Website, Alba's attorney, Brian Wolf, claims that the actress was approached by the magazine about posing for photos in connection with an article on Hollywood's 25 sexiest celebrities, but that she refused the offer and denied Playboy permission to use her picture. Despite Alba's flat-out rejection, her lawyer alleges that Playboy went ahead and obtained a publicity photo of the Into the Blue star under false pretenses by telling Columbia Pictures that the actress had approved the use of the photo, which then wound up on the cover of the bunny-eared publication. According to Wolf's letter, Alba's outrage stems in part from the potential injustice visited upon Playboy readers who might be duped into purchasing the plastic-sealed magazine because of the misleading insinuation that she trades her bathing suit for her birthday suit within its pages. "In featuring Ms. Alba's photograph on the cover of Playboy's March issue, it is clear that Playboy's intent was to create a false belief and/or expectation among the public that Ms. Alba voluntarily appeared in the nude, or semi-nude and that a revealing pictorial of her in contained in Playboy's March issue," Wolf fumes. On behalf of his wronged client, Wolf demands that Playboy "cease and desist" from distributing the offending issue of the magazine and shell out an as-yet undetermined monetary settlement to Alba to compensate her for the damage wrought upon her "good name, reputation and career." He also requests that Playboy turn over any profits from the sale of its Alba issue to the reluctant cover girl. The magazine's allegedly unauthorized use of Alba's photo also earned a stern rebuke from Sony Pictures' legal department, which expressed "dismay and anger over the outrageous, unethical behavior utilized by Playboy personnel" to obtain the cover shot. While Sony has reserved the right to take legal action against the magazine, for now, the studio simply wants an apology and the assurance that Playboy won't resort to similar shenanigans in the future. When she's not busy defending her modesty, Alba has a busy production slate ahead of her, as she prepares to return for sequels to both The Fantastic Four and Sin City. She recently wrapped filming on the upcoming thrilled Awake, in which she stars opposite Hayden Christensen. The film is slated for a fall release. www.eonline.com/News/Items/0,1,18463,00.html

Here is a statement from JA about the Playboy cover entertainment.msn.com/movies/hotgossipc4?GT1=7701"Playboy has violated my personal rights and blatantly misled the public who might think I had given them permission to put me on their cover when I didn't," fumed Jessica in a statement (via People). "I'm simply protecting my personal rights and I hope that they will think twice before they try to do this to someone else."

At this years TRL Awards Jessica Alba got the Crash 'n' Burn Award. The award is for the guest who turned down the host's advances best. Jessica wasn't at the show which took place in New York but a segment was taped for the show which - thanks to rh71 - you can download now from Maestro's site.
