I remember when these movies Chameleon I, II and III were discussed on DA message boards during the summer of 2000, before Dark Angel premiered. The character, Cam or Kam, was a cyborg or android, I have the 3 movies on VHS and watched them after DA cancelled. There isn't really a resemblance to our Dark Angel. The Chameleon wears black, rides a motocycle and was made to seduce men in order to obtain information. Just an ordinary futuristic slut.

Chameleon 3: Dark Angel Dir: John Lafia Stars: Bobbie Phillips, Teal Redmann, Alex Kuzelicki, Doug Penty
Part three is a return to form, despite a title which might now seem suspiciously unoriginal, at first glance on the video shelves. But it actually predates James Cameron's series, leaving his genetically-altered, motorcycle-riding loner firmly in the position of late-comer. The mathematics for this one are harder to define, since the ideas on view are...well, if in light of the first two movies, I'm reluctant to claim originality, they are at least taken from less obvious sources. There is thus an "X" factor to take in account here, where X may or may not be genuine inventiveness. (Chameleon / Kung-fu movies) +
Actually she is genetically-altered, like Max. Just thought is was interesting.

This is probably not the right place… Does anybody else have problems with accessing DAR lately? For the last three weeks or so I’ve often gotten only an error-message, saying something like server timeout. Especially today it’s on and off… May well be a problem of the not exactly reliable connection on my end, even though all the other sites work fine.

I don't think we have a place for server problems. This is as good as any. DAR is on ProBoards 9 and we were down earlier today. It's been very slow on and off lately. They're working on it. If you can't get on you can check it out at www.proboards.com/server_status.htmlNCIS Special Ops, which is on server # 29, was down several times last week. Once for more than two hours. We've lost our pic at the top of the page and I don't know when we'll get it back. That's a separate problem.

Okaaaaaay so the sites clock says 2:17 and my pc and every other clock I have show 4:09 PM. And my profile is correctly set to Pacific time. Interesting how the board has gotten all funky while Aerie is off on vacation. Aerie is thousands of miles away....... Yep, I'm pretty sure this means we can safely blame her for everything

It seems to me than I'm lost in all DA M/L's stock. I tried to follow the threads (I didn't finish yet), and the links to find stories, even the search on FFN, but I have started to loop. Is there anybody who have listed the M/L stories somewhere? (I made my own list and I got 167 titles only, but FFN has: 5167! I understand it's not all M/L's stuff, but I have hope there is more M/L than that)

I'll look over my ff Index when I get home today and see if what I have will help you. It's M/L only and it's noted if it's completed or pending. The index is too lengthy to post as I have over 900 listed. Some stories have been removed from ff.net, some are 'old' and some will 'never' be continued. I have them all on CDs, zips, floppies and external drives. I don't want to lose them. ;D

Is a spoiler bar that thing where you click the box and the text is made visible? Only if you don't turn around and tell me we already have it...

I think our wonderful tech savvy Mod Nici had to upload some code to make the Spoiler Bar thingy work. If so, Aerie will need some clear-head-space time to organise ours.
